Hi Dear Friends,
Today the angels talk about the empowering power of your focus, esp. as we go higher and higher into a 5D vibration! I'll talk about my cleanout, Marie Kondo style, and how looking for what sparks joy is using your empowering power of focus! Have a blessed week!
Love you all!
Message from the Angels
My dear friends, we love you so very much,
As the human race continues your transition into the 5D reality, you are learning a very different way of living – one that has always been the way the universe truly works, but one that is more obvious than ever before.
Your focus determines your thoughts. Your thoughts (or silent mind) tune you into a vibration, and your vibration is made manifest first through your feelings, then by what shows up in your life.
In 5D it is becoming increasingly apparent that this is how you create your life experience:
Focus. Think or Silence. Vibrate. Feel. Attract/Allow. Experience.
Re-adjust Your Focus. Think or Silence. Vibrate. Feel. Attract/Allow. Experience.
Re-adjust Your Focus. Think or Silence. Vibrate. Feel. Attract/Allow. Experience.
For centuries, the 3D paradigm has been just the opposite:
Experience. Focus. React/Act. Think or Silence. Vibrate. Feel. Attract/Allow. Experience again... focus again... react/act again...
You have been taught to interpret "reality" through your five senses. You've been taught to observe and then to say, "That's the way it is." This is why in 3D you often keep attracting the same thing. You look at what is in front of you, focus on it, act on it, think about it, vibrate to it, and attract more of it.
You have a saying, "Insanity is doing the same thing and expecting different results." Our 5D version is "insanity is focusing on the same thing – vibrating the same – and expecting different results."
For example, there could be many wonderful, uplifting, resonant people in your life, but you might have a tendency to focus on the one that bothers you. In truth, they don't make you feel bad. Your focus makes you feel bad. They didn't lower your vibration. You allowed your vibration to be lowered. They didn't "dump energy" into your field. You focused on an energy you don't resonate with. Dear ones, no one can insert their energy in your field, no matter how empathic you are, unless you focus upon it. A radio with all its broadcasts cannot make you listen. You can change the station, walk away, put on your headphones and listen to something more pleasant. You can choose to love the broadcast and feel better anyway, but in any case, the radio is just an object broadcasting and it doesn't jump up, insert its wires in your head and make you feel a thing. Likewise, no one else has the power to choose what you focus upon or tune into.
We understand that there are many "blaring radios" on your planet right now broadcasting their opinions, some kindly and some not, but you can still choose your focus. If someone is yelling in front of you you can focus on the cute message on their t-shirt, on the light within them, on the birds singing overhead, on a pleasant thought within you about all the good people in your life. You get to choose. Some people make it easier for you to focus positively. You love them. Some people make it very difficult for you to focus positively. If you don't manage your focus, you get upset at them (while you're just upset at losing your happy focus and blaming them!) Nonetheless, the power of your focus still belongs to you.
We don't say this to shame or blame you. We aren't making you wrong for not knowing any better. You have all been taught to observe and react to life, to blame life for your feelings, rather than focus and then feel good. You just didn't know how the universe worked because for centuries, this has been knowledge well-guarded in secret societies and mystery schools. Now, thank you on earth, it is becoming mainstream. You are not powerless. You are not subject to the whims of the world. Your feelings do not have to be tugged and pulled and jerked around by external circumstances.
You are the owner of your own mind. You alone get to choose your own focus no matter how compelling others try to be. You get to tune to the vibrations you choose. When you consciously strive to choose vibrations that feel good to you, your life will become better and better and better and better... no matter what anyone else is doing.
You can solve your world's problems by focusing with great enthusiasm on the feeling of the solution. How would it feel to go outside and see blue sky and breathe clean air, and have clean waters? You know the problems are there, but focus instead on how would it feel to have them resolved. Some of you will simply empower the vibration of the solution with your loving focus. Others of you will be motivated by the Divine within to act upon this vibration and become part of the tangible change.
You can solve your relationship problems, at least inside of yourself, by focusing on the good in another, what you once loved in another, or if that is too difficult, on all the people you do resonate with and adore. You can focus on the birds, the sun, the wonderful things about yourself. You can work yourself into a good feeling space and just love the light within everyone. Stay around those you prefer, and when you can walk away without guilt from those whose behaviors don't resonate with you.
You don't get any awards in heaven dear ones for making nice! You don't get any awards for martyrdom. You are all loved equally whether or not you enjoy your life experience. You can choose a reality that supports an easier, kinder focus, and a higher vibration. If you don't have that in front of you right now, then you are in spiritual "boot camp" learning to master your focus independent of the influences of the world around you.
We, the angels, could easily tune into and feel your every hateful and fearful thought. We can tune into your anxiety, your jealousy, and your insecurity. We exist, by our choice in a high and beautiful vibration of love, not because we can't feel lower vibrations, but because we choose to focus on the love we have for you. In that reality, we can witness and know the world's pains while holding a focus only of your highest, deepest, truest, most beautiful self, and gently, constantly, reminding you of your power to feel and experience that too. We don't fear your negative energy dear ones. We feel only our love for you, and in that reality, we become part of the change you are all seeking to create.
God Bless You! We love you so very much.

Message from Ann...
Are you feeling it? The energies are still really intense! People are telling me they want to get going. They want to rest. They're having emotional outbursts. They're on the receiving end of emotional outbursts. I've seen, and experienced, all of that myself. It's wonderful! Things are moving on our planet. Change is upon us and it is a good change!
Each of us in our own way is being called from within to create a more authentic experience of life.
We're shedding the masks in ways both literal and metaphorical. We're shedding the "masks" we wore while trying to please others. We're shedding the "masks" we put on to "earn" love as if we needed to earn it! We're shedding the masks we wore trying to create things by the "sweat of our brow," rather than by our positive vibrations. We're getting more real about who we want to be, how we want to live, what we want in our lives, and what we don't. I find this wildly exciting! Love is flowing with great intensity, pushing against all that is false, to help us feel all that is real for us, individually and collectively.
This means that when you aim your thoughts and actions in a direction that feels good, things come easily. When you aim your focus on something that feels bad, it hurts a lot worse than it did before.
As I mentioned in the last newsletter, all I want to do in my spare time is organize and clean out. I am not a minimalist and may never be, but I do live in flow, and periodically things need to flow outward! I am doing this the Marie Kondo way. If you're not familiar, she wrote, "The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying up" and sparked a revolution. She shares a very specific way to empty out things by category, hold each one, and trust your body's reaction as you ask if it "sparks joy." She asks you to thank the things you give up and put love into the things you keep. I love it.
It is surprising at times, what "sparks joy" in your life as you viscerally tune in and what does not. The mind can talk you into anything but the body tells you what it resonates with and what it doesn't. You either feel amazing holding something or not. I feel amazing about a lot of things but there is also a good pile going to others!
It seems many are taking time to evaluate and clean out now – whether it is tangibly sorting through our closets, or more intangibly looking at the beliefs and thoughts that spark joy and those that don't, as well as the situations, the routines, etc. that we engage in. Right now if something in your life doesn't "spark joy" it feels dull or downright painful! This is true of our focus as well! So whether you clean up externally or internally, it is a good time to ask the question, "What sparks joy!"
Here are a few pointers on how to "spark" more joy in your everyday life:
1. Evaluate your routines
Do your everyday routines work for you? Are you rushed in the mornings? Does checking email when you do uplift you or discombobulate you? Do you have a way of winding down before bed? If you answered no to any of these questions, pick something you do regularly that doesn't work well for you. It can be anything at all that feels upsetting, annoying, frustrating, or unpleasant. Now ask yourself, "How can I do this in a way that sparks joy?"
I re-evaluate my routines every several months to make sure they're still working for me. I recently decided that I would do my self-care routines first rather than starting with emails in the morning. I want to get good and rooted in self and the Divine before I attempt to help others. It is working so much better than when I used to sit down with a wet head to answer emails before breakfast only to discover I didn't have time for breakfast and was feeling "off" all day.
Likewise, I've created a routine before bed that involves relaxing, watching positive and inspiring videos that stir up my creative juices, and then going to sleep dreaming about all the wonderful fun things I can do.
I evaluate practical matters too. I've made a little "coffee station" so everything I use is in one place rather than having to run around the kitchen. I fill up a pitcher the night before so I can water my microgreens each morning.
Simple shifts to everyday routines can create a much more positive and pleasant focus in your day-to-day living. Pick one and upgrade it :)
2. Evaluate your relationships
Which relationships are you being "real" in, and which ones do you strive to fit with inauthentic behaviors or beliefs? Do you want to change to be more authentic and loving in a relationship, or do you want to move along? Be honest with yourself, without making yourself or the other person wrong. The angels remind me all the time, that it isn't another person's responsibility to spark my joy! Either the behaviors and personality of another authentically resonate with you or not. Either you can spark your own joy while around them or you decide you'd prefer to be around others who resonate more.
This is not about making anyone wrong. The heavens constantly ask us to love the light within all. They always remind us that everyone has a right to be, but you have a right to be too. We are tasked to love enough to live and let live.
We'd not want to eat everything at a buffet but without the diversity, we wouldn't experience the abundance of life. We wouldn't have the contrast that shows us our preferences. We wouldn't be inspired to try new things. We know what we prefer and can enjoy it without making the rest wrong.
Animals, children, and the innocent are curious and accepting of all but have their preferences. They live naturally and happily in this fashion, observing all without judgment, choosing to focus on what feels best, and enjoying their days.
3. Be aware of your Focus & focus consciously
There are times you will be in situations or around people and things that you do not prefer. You may work with someone you don't care for, or have a family member whose beliefs are so strongly put upon you that you want to run! You may have gotten into a financial bind, or have a health issue.
In these situations, we're in "spiritual boot camp" or in deep lessons of mental mastery.
Trust you put yourself there and you CAN master your focus, improve how you feel and therefore change what you attract in the future. It just takes work. In the words of a client who recently wrote honestly on a rampage, it can be "f'ing" hard at times. True story, but it does get easier with practice.
When I find myself in places or situations that I don't prefer, I remind myself that I own my own mind. In the words of the Dalai Lama who was interviewed once and asked why he didn't hate the Chinese government after the Tibetan takeover, he said, "They took my country and they took many of my people. Why should I give them take my mind?" Truer words were never spoken :) We need not give our minds over to external circumstances.
When someone is nasty I either focus on their innocence, that they're just trying to grow, on all that is good about them, or on people I prefer. I withdraw my attention from their unpleasant behaviors. When I'm in a place I don't enjoy, waiting in line somewhere, for example, I look for things to enjoy or challenge myself to make up a wonderful story about being here. When I've been sick or my body has hurt, I focus on anything distracting that feels better and always heal.
It takes practice to shift focus when something is unpleasant or disturbing in your life, or someone's bad behavior is blatant and compelling, but as the angels say, we own our own minds. We can give them to someone else to program or program them ourselves. To take charge of your focus is an ultimate act of love that uplifts yourself, attracts good into your life, and in the end, contributes to a kinder world.
The world is changing. We are rebirthing and resurrecting ourselves in ways both great and small. It IS intense. It is sometimes very challenging with this fast-moving energy, but Oh! The opportunities for manifesting are huge as we learn to focus more and more on the thoughts, things, people, situations, and stuff, that spark joy!
More importantly, as we learn to focus on seeing the love and being love in any area of life, we'll just keep attracting more love and joy in every area of life!
Love you all! I wish you a week of sparking your own joy!
