Many of you are discovering that media coverage or personal interactions are producing anger and words different from your usual reactions. Such is so because you are addressing past lives or past events that trigger anger within you.
You have a choice to re-live and clear that event from your personal history or to ignore your angry feelings.
Of course, many of your teachers and gurus strongly suggest that you address any piece that makes you angry, sad or fearful. That you confront the dragon, so to speak, instead of denying that there is a dragon in the room.
Such is true for some of you, but not all. Perhaps you do not wish to address that issue in this lifetime for various reasons including that doing so produces too many fear emotions for you to move beyond.
While it is true that many self-love, self-worth energies are floating about now, it is not a requirement that you address every piece that upsets you for you have already achieved much in this lifetime and are projected to achieve much more in joy.
So how do you determine if a deep feeling is one you wish to address now or at some point during this earth life? You merely need to ask yourself for as you clean the corners of your being, you might find some dust mites you wish had not reared their heads in this lifetime.
Something you often negate or forget is that you have the power to stop, start or pause the review of pieces within your being. You will not be a lesser being if you decide not to review specific fears. Just as you will not be a greater being if you do.
You have the freedom to discover any piece within you. You also have the freedom to negate that discovery now, later or forever.
Many of you are evolving so rapidly that your clearing continues beyond what is necessary.
Perhaps such a thought seems counter-intuitive for if you release the pain will you not project a more complete being in this lifetime? Yes and no. Because you have many areas of expertise and many areas you have already cleared, you might be needlessly taking extra-credit clearing classes. For the pieces some of you are delving into have more to do with 3D fear than 5D joy.
You are quite comfortable with, some might say addicted to, fear and anger. You might be missing fear for self-love feels new and therefore, uncomfortable. So you draw past fears to you to return to your comfort zone.
You initiated this journey as 3D beings filled with fears, anger, lack of self-love, and sadness from eons of earth experiences.
Consequently, you cleared your big fear and anger pieces, often also cleaning the corners, as you progressed in this transition – and the Universes provided you with a cleaning service via self-love energies.
But many of you have returned to cleaning your being instead of moving into joy as was expected.
Of course, there are pieces deep within you that are counterproductive to your joyful life. Of course, there are beings that remind you or are a replay of interactions you had in past lives. But for you to clear beyond what is required to move into joy is for you to negate all you have completed until now.
You are indeed more comfortable with fear than joy. Maybe the media encourages your current deep anger or perhaps it is politics, a relationship, coworker, community member, or on and on. But before you become totally enmeshed in determining why you are angry, perhaps you wish to ask yourself if you are angry, so you do not have to leave your comfort zone – your last-ditch effort to remain in fear. Like those grasping onto a mountain ledge with their fingernails before dropping into the abyss.
You are of 5D and you are surrounded by love not fear energies. So it is you must ask yourself if your latest foray into fear is to stop you from your new love lessons or because you need to clear a specific piece before you can love yourself.
Most often, the intensity of your fear or anger is the determining factor. If a fear seems to take over your life; if your thoughts and comments are related to this piece; if it is difficult for you to imagine a joy scenario because you are so fearful or angry, it is likely that you are taking extra-credit fear lessons.
Even though such cannot happen if you remain enveloped in fear, you are fully capable of creating a new life of joy. It is time to sense, see and feel joy. Anything that removes you from that place is most likely extra-credit fear.
Continue to dream both in daytime and nighttime – not how to rid yourself of your current overwhelming fear, but how and what to create in joy.
Joy is your new word both regarding usage and understanding. Neither of which will happen if you continue to delve into fears that have little to do with your joy.
The obvious response is “How can I feel joy if I am fearful or sad?” How indeed. That is the crux of this message. You have nothing to fear for you are more capable and skilled than any fear you have ever encountered.
For you to concentrate on fear instead of joy is for you to know that you are negating your powers – and you. So be it. Amen.
