We can't control our outer world... but we can go within. The angels advise us to enjoy our inner realities and to control the mind. I share how I use ice baths to increase my ability to focus in my inner world, and easier ways you can do this for yourself... in comfort!
Imagine that all you needed to do was to use your imagination – not only to shift your mood, but also to shift your outer reality as well. The angels talk about this, and I'll give you some ideas about how you can playfully master your inner world!
Happy Thanksgiving week! The angels remind us to be thankful for the exquisite experience of being in human form and I'll share my deepening perspective on the Oneness of all and how you can experience that Love more frequently.
We've all had those times when the "inner committee" – that collection of voices in the body, mind, heart, and head – won't agree. Today, the angels and I help you work through the confusion to find clarity and guidance once again.
Everything you see happening upon your earth is an out-picturing of the collective inner world of human hearts.Every kind act is an out-picturing of the goodness within human hearts. Every harsh and violent act is an out-picturing of the violence within human hearts.

Today we wish to speak to you on the topic of relationships. All relationships whether the ones with your life, your home, your spouse, your children, or your pet, are teaching you about the relationship you have with yourself. The relationships with others show you very clearly what parts of yourself you are willing to bring to the surface in your life and what parts of yourself you are willing to let go.
Imagine your life as a Divine dance of synchronistic events that seem to fall magically in place. Imagine that you live in a flow of grace and guidance that allows you to enjoy the journey of life even as you create more.
There is peace, comfort, and safety available to you right here, right now. Don't fear the darkness and the differences. Try not to violently push them away with anger. Simply accept that which you do not like, as part of life, and focus elsewhere.
