Dream your dreams. At the same time, embrace each precious amazing moment of life. From each moment of love, peace, gratitude, compassion, and wonder, you will gracefully and easily be guided to an even better and more amazing moment.
If you poured water through a dry and dirty sponge, before the water can run clean, the dirt and debris must first be washed away. So too, as the light of love continues to flood human hearts, it continues to exposes human fears.
Treasure the presents you have given yourself this year. Have you learned to be kinder to yourself? More authentic? More compassionate with you? Have you learned to trust the process of living, and to believe that everything is in right order? Have you given yourself the gift of knowing that good can arise from all things?
There are years of change, pain, grief, loss, when you just don't feel like celebrating. It is part of the human condition. Give yourself permission to abandon tradition and do whatever you feel is most kind to yourself.
This year many of you are taking a look at your holiday gift giving in a slightly different light. And while some of you bemoan the economy and say, "Look what I can no longer afford. I cannot give in the ways I used to give," we see that you always have beauty, truth, light, and love to share the world and those you love. These gifts reside within you and can never be taken away. They are not dependent upon human economies, nor do they ever run dry.

Don't sabotage your dreams by doubting, becoming impatient, and losing faith. If you grew a garden, you would plant the seeds, water them faithfully, weed them, and trust in their ultimate ripening. You would not dig them up in frustration!
My dear friends, we love you so very much. As you continue the process of living dear ones, remember that God is always at work, always aware of your prayers, and most importantly aware of the deepest desires of your soul. If your prayers do not seem to be answered at the moment, surrender to living the best life you can in this moment, at this time, in this day.
