May I give you another suggestion? This is in regards to this knowledge you have been building in the last few classes about “What if you could live for two hundred years?”
As we near the end of 2019 there is an increasing intensity in the air. Emotions are more on the surface. Many people are challenged staying centered enough to avoid overreacting or jumping into a scenario they later will find problematic.
It is wonderful to see you. It's wonderful to see you believing in your own value more. It's wonderful that you feel more often, more deeply, the love and tremendous appreciation that Life Itself has for you. And of course we're included in all that - loving and appreciating you!
You likely feel you are right about certain issues – and others are wrong. You have decided such because you believe others are mean, lack integrity or your cause is more worthy. All of which make you feel righteous, but not necessarily light and airy.

I somewhat compare living and dying to the life of a caterpillar that undergoes the process of becoming a butterfly. Throughout life you are like a caterpillar, you crawl around and have no idea of the butterfly that you are in your essence.
As we come to the end of 2019, I hope you find some time to look back over the year and see your progress toward Freedom. Your inner realm is your sacred space. How you nurture and flow your inner, interacts with the external, shaping the human experience.
