Our life's work is completed in phases. Some of us are very clear as to what we desire to be as a profession as children, and some of us mull around trying everything until we find it or it finds us. The reason why we choose a certain profession is for various reasons; it can be a result of life altering experience, a family business, a lucrative venture, or something bringing us pure joy. The profession chosen is not our life’s work, yet it’s a starting point. We all have a starting point to bring us closer to the true life’s work.

The voice of spirit is more than just an angel, God or a guardian speaking to or thru us, it is us. At different times or moments our soul takes over and offers advice for any given situation or circumstance. Know our soul knows what is happening or has happened, because it has seen this life before incarnating, often times we have the sensation of deja vu. The deja vu sensation arises when the little pockets of selective amnesia dissolve or we chose to remember that particular moment in this life.

Usually, when we think of rituals, we think of a rite of passage. A rite of passage is a form of ritual, but more formal, where we recognize one's reaching a milestone in their life.

Life rewards are gifts of gratitude. As a society we have come to expect a reward for every act of kindness given. At times the act of kindness is not enough to satisfy our underlining selfish desires. Yes, we are all selfish at times, but what is the reason for our selfishness? Are we selfish because we desire more time for self, we desire to get ahead in life, we feel the world owes us a favor, or we simply don't know any better?

Hillis Pugh > Feel Good Friday

What makes you feel good? Is it the end of a work week, pay day, or imaging doing something you love? In any case, feeling good is the quickest way to manifest you desires, with ease and grace.

Yesterday I was waiting on the train to go to work and felt a lightness, a sense of joy wash over me. "I have the freedom to create the life desired" is what came to me. This has been a personal theme of mine for the past few week, with the addition of learning more of unconditional love. No matter what was/is felt or circumstance or situation experienced, it has to be fed love. Love frees us from self imprisonment of the ego.

Sound is a nurturing aspect of our lives taken for granted. Sound is a part of our daily life, yet those unable to hear find the sound in sight. Those of us with the use of all five senses must come into full awareness of them to truly enjoy our surroundings. From the sounds of the city to the sounds of nature, each one has purpose and distinction in tone. From deciphering the sounds with our hearing, we can determine what the object is and the distance. Our hearing can act as a guide for our surroundings; however sound plays a much more important role in our life.

Snowfalls spirits lift in the celebration of the giver of life

though time is filled with stress and strife now time to forget and rejoice in His name

Most people equate success with wealth. Having material possessions, such a mansion, an imported car, high end designer clothes and accessories, etc is the mark of success. What about those who don't have millions to spend on whatever we desire? Don't they deserve to have the "the mark of success"? The answer is yes, there is plenty for all to have and share in the world we live in. It starts out in our own personal definition of success.

Intention is the driving force behind all our choices. What is our intention when we wake, go to work, go to school, or have our own business? Motivation is a part of the drive for our intentions. Most of us get upset when our intentions are misunderstood. However, when we follow our heart to fulfill the desire of helping others, our deed is done
