Hillis Pugh > Thank You Thursday: Our Only Job, Love

When the word job comes to mind, we think of the physical and mental labor encountered daily. Whether if it's a laborious task or something we are mindless or half hardheartedly doing, we consider it a "job".

When we think of endurance, we think of the physical energy stored and exerted. The energy of the soul is everlasting, though times drained and needs renewal. When the energy of the soul is drained, it can stem from several areas; this can be from any form of fatigue, emotional unrest and most importantly not living in our purpose. When we are not living in our passion, our souls cries in agony. It desires the attention to change course to live in our passion/purpose.

Our life's work is completed in phases. Some of us are very clear as to what we desire to be as a profession as children, and some of us mull around trying everything until we find it or it finds us. The reason why we choose a certain profession is for various reasons; it can be a result of life altering experience, a family business, a lucrative venture, or something bringing us pure joy. The profession chosen is not our life’s work, yet it’s a starting point. We all have a starting point to bring us closer to the true life’s work.

Finding self can take years or decades. Both as humans and spiritual beings we often go through changes. The changes experienced are for the evolution of self. During the course of spiritual changes, we feel a bit lost or confused. The physical changes are expected and a natural progression of the physical self. We have to continue to maintain the body we have and improve on it so our spiritual self can be around a bit longer to live the desired life.

Hillis Pugh > Words

A form of expression written spoken sung that begun with simple thoughts brought to life that I give to share bare my mind my soul picking up the shattered pieces of life torn by words.

When most of us think of temples, we think of a gathering place of worship, a place to pay homage to God or "God Like Figure". The true temple is the light in us. The place where we go within to pray and receive answers to the prayers prayed. When we meditate or pray, we sit in our temple to commune with the Divine Source. We sit in the sanctum of oneness to voice our intentions. Our intentions are carried on light waves to be heard and shared with the Divine Source.

Usually, when we think of rituals, we think of a rite of passage. A rite of passage is a form of ritual, but more formal, where we recognize one's reaching a milestone in their life.

Be thankful this day for the genius of life.

What is Oneness? This has been a question that has been a part of my journey for a few years now. Personally, I understand it, know what it means, and even experienced it. I will do my best to articulate it.

Lightworkers are older souls living with a purpose to bring peace, love, harmony and balance to Earth. They bring awareness to self and others. The task of a lightwoker is a chosen one, like all other roles in life to experience. However the lightworker had many struggles in past and current life from the non-supportive energies. The non-supportive energies broke the lightworker down; they often gave up, gave in, or practiced their work in silence.
