Messages & Channelings

The knowledge of self starts with asking the life questions contained in the world and universe we live in. If we ask a question often enough we shall receive the true answer.

Creation surrounds us daily. With creation comes a story or history. We all have our own personal history allowing us to know more about ourselves to grow and have the opportunity to change who we are or became.

Hillis Pugh > Creating a New Story Meditation

This is a practice I have been working on. This meditation helps to change and recreate your memories. We all have a story to tell. The story we tell comes from memories past.

As we approach a new year and soon to follow a new season, time to reflect and create desired newness with thought and energy. We take much time to reflect when something comes to an end. Why is this?

Hillis Pugh > Christmas Spirit

Christmas is one of my favorite times of the year, mainly for the egg nog and peppermint bark. Why I love Christmas the most is how humanity opens up their heart and gives of themselves. All the random acts of giving, bearing witness too and participating. Giving is why we are here.

Hillis Pugh > Christmas Love

Christmas is one of my favorite times of the year, mainly for the egg nog and peppermint bark. Why I love Christmas the most is how humanity opens up their heart and gives of themselves.

Hillis Pugh > Thank You Thursday: Our Only Job, Love

When the word job comes to mind, we think of the physical and mental labor encountered daily. Whether if it's a laborious task or something we are mindless or half hardheartedly doing, we consider it a "job".

Who we are not has much more to do with who we are. We focus so much on what we desire, and what we are, we tend to forget about our polar opposite.

Be thankful this day for acceptance. Be thankful this day and everyday for your own personal truth. Be thankful this day and everyday for what you believe extends into the energy you create.

Hillis Pugh > Awareness Meditation

Living in a world containing approximately seven billion people, there are moments where silence is rare, but treasured greatly. Wherever we find peace externally, it does begin internally.
