Beloved one, the first thing when you wake up in the morning, thank the body for being with you, being your servant for that day. Thank the breath as you take it in, before you start thinking about, “What do I have to do today? What’s on the schedule? What day is it? Where do I go? What do I do?”
Beloved one, when I gave forth what is now known as The Lord’s Prayer, it was to be an example, a framework upon which you would weave your own prayer. I began it with Our Father, for it was in the day and time when the father was understood to be the head of the household.
Everything that you create can be changed. If you have had an unhappy experience, at least one that you judge to be unhappy, you can go back and revisit it and ask for a new way to view it to see what the gift is in it, because every experience has a gift in it.
Beloved one, as you have been asking to know what may be around the corner in your new year, we will set out for you various parameters of so-called prediction. As I have said to you many times, I do not prophesy, because as soon as I put it out there, you turn around and change it. You are very good at doing that. You look at what has been said or prophesied and you say, “Oh, well, I think I can improve on that.” Then you set about changing things. (Smile)
This year, in these days leading up to the celebration of Christ’s birthday, which truly is every day, allow yourself to feel more and more of the holiness of you, the goodness of you, the joy and the innocence of you, the Light of you.
We have spoken of the value of love, and you know the expanded feeling when you have fallen in love with someone and there is no one else in the world who turns your light on so brightly, makes you come alive, as that one person who allows you to feel totally alive, totally valued, with the smile on the face and the smile in the heart.
Beloved one, I have seen you sit with a question, an issue that seems to be quite heavy, and all of a sudden an idea will come to you and you pop up and you do the improv. You go with a third choice that was not perhaps there a few moments ago, or did not seem to be—actually it was, but you did not recognize it—and you do a bit of improv and everything changes, because it has to, because you are the one creating.
To breathe in is the first thing that you do at birth into human form—or as the fourfooted, as well—and to breathe out is the last thing that you do when you are laying down the body and moving into the true form of the energy of Light.
