Messages & Channelings

The eclipse speaks of many things - as lunations always do - but the crux of it, I figure is the image of reaching deeply into oneself and others in order to get to the pure, refreshing waters of who we and others are. It's also about opening up the heart, healing our wounds and finding our place.

Lynda Hill > September's Virgo New Moon

September's new Moon falls on September 20, and, it's an interesting one. This is quite a Chironic new Moon, with Chiron (The Stories We Tell Ourselves) smack opposite it.

A lot can be learned at the time of the full Moon and whether it's lunacy or illumination, or a combination of both, there's magic unleashed with every full Moon.

December's new Moon in Sagittarius falls on December 18, and, it feels like a very special sign of the times as Saturn moves out of Sagittarius and heads into Capricorn, the new Moon occurs right before the Winter Solstice.

August's Piscean full Moon is a variable full Moon in that it presents some big difficulties along with some wonderful opportunities for expansion, movement and love.

So, this eclipse is not a particularly powerful one in astronomical terms - but - it is an incredibly powerful one in terms of the astrological.

October's Libran new Moon falls on October 15 and it signals new starts, announcing new beginnings, but it can also signify a lot of noise and 'hot air' being blown around. I imagine we'll be hearing a bit of both, especially with the elections happening in the United States.

December's Sagittarius new Moon falls on December 2 in the United States and December 3 in Australia. This is bound to be a very interesting new Moon, with Uranus trining it, bringing the desire or a much-needed sense of freedom and creativity.

Lynda Hill > October's Libra New Moon

October's new Moon occurs on October 19 in the US and October 20 in Australia in Libra. This is yet another powerful lunation, and, it's one with some very strong messages.

The new Moon in Gemini occurs on the 19th June in the United States and the 20th June in Australia. The Sabian Symbol is one of using, or finding, ones voice. What is it that you want to say? What announcements do you have to make? What revolutions do you have to reveal? What have you been wanting to speak or write about, but have been reticent (or afraid) to lift up your voice?
