I was taught by Dr. Elisabeth Kubler-Ross that there are Five Natural Emotions, and that these emotions are our tools — important and vital tools — to be used in the creation of our lives and the experiencing of who we really are at the highest level.
I have been exploring in recent days the topic of death — or what I call our Continuation Day... The good news and the incredible news is that we do not leave beloved ones behind. And so, there is no emotional pain involved in death for the Soul that has died.
