As a new decade begins, it’s important to pause for a moment to look back at the decade we’ve just experienced. For a great many souls, this past decade has been one of the most transformative and enlightening ever, but for a great many more it has also been one of the most challenging.

Well, after the trials and tribulations of 2019, most of us are hoping for an opportunity for some good things to look forward to in 2020 as many of us have been put through the ringer physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Sarah-Jane Grace > Monthly Astro-Forecasts December 2019

As life continues to bounce and ricochet each of us around like a squash ball on double espressos, there is an understandable sense of soul-level weariness rising up from deep within. I’m not sure if it’s just me, but there seems to be...

Sarah-Jane Grace > Monthly Astro-Forecasts September 2019

As the feeling of being ‘somewhere in the middle' continues, throughout September there is a growing sense of connection to the twists and turns life. The 11th minute of the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month of the 11th year of the 21st century. How often can we have a moment like this is our lifetimes?!

This year I’ve fallen apart. Everything I once held dear has been torn down and ripped away. My beliefs have been shattered, my sense of spiritual connection has disintegrated and turned to dust, and my physical self has crumbled with ill-health and disability.

I’m not sure if the words have, as yet, been invented to describe the current moment; there are highs and lows, there are jolts backwards and leaps forwards, there are upward shifts and downward falls. This goes way and beyond a fairground ride to a profound journey within, reaching deeply into the nooks and crannies of the soul.

Life is rarely as straightforward, or as black and white, as we might like it to be. Although most of us accept the unknowable nature of life, considerably less of us embrace this fact joyfully!

July looks set to be a month of continued release as we let go of more of the ‘stuff’ and clutter in our lives. We all have it; whether it’s physical clutter around the house, a cluttered laptop or a stuffed-up mind.

It’s quite hard at the moment to step back and look at the world without feeling a sense of despair at the chaos all around. So much doesn’t make sense and the clashing of actions, choices and opinions of others seem to have reached fever pitch.
