Messages & Channelings

Life is full of instructions, guidelines, rules and regulations. There are things we must do, mustn’t do, really shouldn’t do and really should do. On the whole, these are designed to make things run more smoothly as we bumble along through life, for the good of us all.

Sarah-Jane Grace > Dancing on my Own

Sometimes I have brief moments of carefree abandon when I feel uninhibited by the shackles of being human and I touch on something so exquisite and so precious it takes my breath away.

It’s as though we are in-between two chapters of our lives, but the in-between space contains more oomph and emotion than we ever considered possible. Despite the confusion, the light finds a way through and it’s time to set the pain free that’s been lodged deep within our hearts and souls.

I’m not sure if the words have, as yet, been invented to describe the current moment; there are highs and lows, there are jolts backwards and leaps forwards, there are upward shifts and downward falls. This goes way and beyond a fairground ride to a profound journey within, reaching deeply into the nooks and crannies of the soul.

The shape and form of words reveals a great deal about the vibration or power of our inner dialogue. Our language is revealing as it reflects our current state of being.

Sarah-Jane Grace > Monthly Astro-Forecasts January 2015

As we step from one year into the next, there is a sense that January will be a month for quiet reflection and contemplation as we prepare for the journey ahead.

In many ways, I’ve always felt like the broken biscuit in the box, the one that languishes in the bottom until there’s nothing else left and, even then, it doesn’t look like a very tempting treat.

Being human is a complex, complicated and confusing existence. We are not like washing machines or flat-packed furniture as we don’t come with an instruction booklet.

June looks set to be a month for inspired and creative thought as we continue to seek out alignment and balance in all aspects of our lives.

The 11th minute of the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month of the 11th year of the 21st century. How often can we have a moment like this is our lifetimes?!
