March looks set to be a month for taking some big deep breaths and re-affirming our connection to life. We so often take life for granted, ticking along and along until one day we don’t tick anymore. It is usually only when something trips us up that we shift our focus and realise just how precious and fragile life truly is.

As the wheels of life continue to turn, spin and rotate, we find ourselves, once again, standing at the edge of a new year.

Welcome back! April looks set to be a month of galvanisation and coalescence as we begin to blend together our gifts, talents and dreams into a more cohesive and comprehensible Whole.

As the ebb and flow of the tides of life continue to lap the shorelines of our souls, there is a growing sense of awareness of the shifting landscape carved out by the currents and the winds of time.

In truth, I’d never really acknowledged just how challenging it would be for me to put my struggles down in writing and then share them openly and wholeheartedly with others. I had no idea how it would feel to become completely vulnerable and transparent leaving myself nowhere left to hide.

Does a tree falling in a forest make a sound or do we create that sound because we are perceiving the moment?
