In a world of uncertainty and nebulousness, one thing is abundantly clear: we are all living in tumultuous and turbulent times. Energetically, physically, emotionally, spiritually, politically and morally, the ground is shifting from beneath our feet and it’s bewildering, confusing and exhausting...

Sarah-Jane Grace > Anchors of The Past

How many of us are conscious and fully ‘present’ in this moment? So many of us try to be but it is often the case that we find ourselves in the present moment by default as we are anchored to the past and locked onto chasing the horizons of the future; we are in the present moment as we are trapped between what went before and what may or may not lie ahead.

There is a power behind this, driving us forwards to make changes to our lives on every level of our Being. This is hard work, it is frightening and it is exciting but it feels necessary.

Chasing Wholeness, does that bring us closer to it or simply act as a constant reminder that we do not feel it?

Twenty-first century life is frenetic, chaotic and full of hustle and bustle. It can be so hard to find truly ‘quiet moments’ without the mobile (cell) phone buzzing, an email pinging into the inbox, things to buy, people to meet, work to do, life to live and jobs to complete!
