Jupiter and Saturn form their Great Conjunction on the Solstice at 18:22 UT in the first degree of Aquarius. As they do so, these words of The Mother speak profoundly to where we find ourselves now.

We enter 2021 at a critical point in human history after events of last year revealed what has lurked too long in the shadows, manipulating agendas to its own ends.

This solar eclipse, the second of two eclipses this season, is soft as Autumn mists and tough as Winter storms. In the same time and space it delivers the harshest truths entwined with the most refined states of consciousness.

2020 is set to be a watershed year offering many opportunities for change and recalibration. On considering the charts for this year I feel excitement about what could be, whilst being mindful of the fact that what will be is largely up to us!

Sarah Varcas > 30th November 2020: Lunar Eclipse in 9th Degree of Gemini

This lunar eclipse and its partner solar eclipse on 14th December close the door on the intense Capricorn focus of this year. Just after the second of these eclipses, Saturn leaves Capricorn on 17th December, with Jupiter following suit on 19th December.

The next black moon cycle begins on 23rd July 2017 with the actual black moon occurring on 21st / 22nd August 2017, which is also a solar eclipse.

It goes without saying that we’re living amidst intense times. Fear is rife, isolation everywhere and contradictory information and opinion abounds, clarifying one minute, confusing the next.

Mercury in Scorpio will not rest until the very root of a matter is exposed. It challenges us to seek out hidden agendas and obscured facts, resisting the misdirections cast by those who prefer we (or they) remain in the dark.

2016 may get off to a slow start. We may even be tempted to write off January before we’ve given it a chance! If so, don’t!
