This eclipse may stir up the past just when we thought it was all done and dusted, reminding us that our psyche lives not in linear time but on a different plane where decades ago can be right now, memories become real, the future becomes the present and what once we knew as truth is simultaneously the greatest lie.
This weekend we see the formation of a heavenly influence which remains with us until the second week of April: A triangle formed by Jupiter, Chiron and Pluto, through which we encounter the need to nurture a healthy ego whilst recognising the potential to be indulging an unhealthy one without even realising.
The second half of October is characterised by dynamic, forthright energy which requires careful handling. As always, it’s our choice how we use it, but if we allow it to dictate the shape of things to come we may become embroiled in some unpleasant situations best avoided.
With four planets in Aries and five in Pisces, this eclipse speaks of over-due endings and fresh starts. A new way of being is in reach, born of wisdom gleaned from past experience and freedom from shackles that no longer bind.
April 2017 sees an increase in retrograde activity, with roughly half of the month (9th – 15th April & 20th April – 3rd May) featuring four retrogrades. This is something we’ve not seen since September 2016 and is a celestial pattern which invites us to retreat, revisit and reflect.
