As so many of you embark upon your holiday preparations, remember that your life, even at this busy time of year, can be easy, joyful, graceful, and fun. Furthermore, if you allow yourself such joy in the moment, then the next will be even better.
Once a year, these two link up and expand your life & consciousness. It's time to infuse your personal story with a new level of individual Truth. You have learned & experienced a lot in one year and now you are supported to integrate (and apply) all that you've discovered.
We're now fully into the holiday season that often brings as much stress as joy. It doesn't need to be like this. Like with many things in our world now changing, how we approach the holidays certainly needs both a review and a reinvention.
I never really thought about the Divine being grateful. Somehow the idea that God would appreciate me was bigger than the beliefs I was raised with. Nonetheless, the first time I shut my eyes, sat in silence, and asked to see myself through the eyes of God,
I think we have to differentiate between fear and caution. When I have said in earlier entries here that I no longer have much fear of anything I did not mean to indicate that I never exercise caution. Indeed, just the opposite is true. In my life I often exercise caution.
Know that in this unique time of the year there is an awakening in you of the spirit of Gratitude. It is the true essence of Thanksgiving. When you can immerse yourself in the flow of pure Gratitude, it catalyzes new abundance in every area of your life.
I had a funny experience with gratitude. One day I decided that I wanted to flow gratitude to my (non-physical) Guides—just a moment of deep appreciation for them. As I did that, I started feeling so much Love flowing to me that it was beginning to overwhelm me.
