The Greatest Tool Ever Known

Today we’re going to look at what to do when it “looks as if” Personal Creation is not working. For this I am turning to the remarkable CWG book, Happier Than God. When it “looks as if” Personal Creation is not working that is only because the Energy of Attraction has brought you what you inadvertently selected rather than what you thought you chose.

If the power of creation was not always ON, if the process was not always working, you could have a single very positive thought about something and that outcome would be made manifest in your reality without fail.  But the process works all the time, not just part of the time, and is fed by that which you feel most deeply, most consistently. So a single very positive thought in a whirlwind of not-so-positive ideas and projections is not likely to produce the desired result.

The trick is to stay positive in a sea of negativity. The trick is to know that the process is working even when it looks as if it is not.

In my last installment I told you I would be giving you a tool with which to do this. It is an incredible technique. It works every time.

The Miracle That Will Change Your Life

Staying positive when surrounded by—even when submerged in—what others might call “negativity” is easier than you think. So here is The Trick. Here is The Tool. Here is The Incredible Technique…

Bring an immediate end to judgment.

“Judge not by appearances.”

When you bring an end to judgment, you bring an end to an entire way of living. This is no small thing. This is a life-changing shift in attitude and behavior. This is a miracle.

But how does one perform this miracle? That is the question to which everyone wants an answer. Please, then, pay very close attention to what I am going to tell you now…

The way to move out of judgment is to move into gratitude.

That is such an important corollary that it should be plastered all over your house and everywhere in your world. On your bathroom mirror. On the refrigerator door. On your car’s rear-view mirror. Above your computer screen. You might even tattoo it on your left wrist—or at least engrave it on a bracelet that you wear there:

THE WAY TO MOVE OUT OF JUDGMENT IS TO MOVE INTO GRATITUDE.

This means remaining grateful for every outcome. Every outcome.

This is about saying “Thank you, God” for even those things that you are sure you did not consciously choose and that you are very clear you do not want.

Somebody once said, “Happiness is not getting what you want, it is wanting what you get.” That “somebody” was profoundly right.

Gratitude is the miracle cure for every moment of dis-ease. It is the fastest way to dissolve anxiety, to heal disappointment, to replace negativity with positivity. It is the shortest route from a dead-end back to The Path. It is the connecting energy to God.

Try it some time.

The next time you are confronted with any undesired outcome, result, or experience, just stop. Stop right in the middle of whatever’s going on. Just…

…stop.

Close your eyes for the smallest moment and say inside your head, “Thank you, God.”

Take one good, deep breath and say it again.

“Thank you for this gift, and the treasure that it holds for me.”

Be assured that it does hold a treasure, even if you are not seeing it right now. Life will prove that to you, if you give it a chance.

The ‘GPS of the Brain’

When gratitude replaces judgment, peace spreads throughout your body, gentleness embraces your soul, wisdom fills your mind. Let gratitude replace judgment and your whole experience of life will take a turn for the better in five seconds.

In five seconds.

This is because attitude is everything. Attitude puts the course correction in life when you have stepped off The Path. Attitude is like the Map of the Mind. It is like the Global Positioning Satellite of the brain.

A negative attitude will send you down the road to unhappiness. There is no avoiding it. It will absolutely happen, and it doesn’t matter what the problem. A positive attitude will put you back on The Path to inner peace and happiness. Again, there is no avoiding it. It will absolutely happen, and it doesn’t matter what the problem.

Yet how can one move into gratitude when the circumstances or conditions presenting themselves are utterly miserable, desolate—or even life threatening?

By knowing that every moment in life is an unparalleled opportunity for you to inwardly declare, express and experience the Divinity that lies within you.

This is something that is not made clear by a simple announcement that there is such a thing as the Energy of Attraction. That fact must be explained, not merely revealed. And it will be, in my next installment here…if I receive 50 entries or more in the Comments area.

And let me tell you why this is my ‘criteria’. I don’t want to take the time here unless I feel and know that there are actually people here, reading this and getting something out of it. Is that fair? Make sense? So let me know what you think  about what you’ve been reading so far. And if there is real and genuine interest, we’ll plow on.

Hugs and love…Neale.

to *pause*, take a moment, and *breathe* in gratitude, of even breath alone, IS the most simple and most effective tools of redirecting your consciousness, espcially if it is focused on that which will probably not serve your highest good. Thank you Neale for reaffirming this! please
plow on good sir! love and hugs in return!!

Please do elaborate more, I know that when one is feeling very low and depressed that feeling gratitude can feel impossible. Maybe though if we say the words, even that will help as we are trying to show that we are willing to try and change our mind state over to a positive one.

thank you please post more info:)

I was injured recently in a car crash and am starting to see the incredible benefits of the head trauma & whiplash: my whole perception of life and self expanded to a point where whomever I am in this 3d life and whatever I do are not only for me but to inspire others.
I am now able to sense divine's will, all I need to do is align and manifest. Creation has become palpable. We have to be careful what we wish for indeed! It works...

And I am grateful for you, Neale Donald Walsh!

Be well,

Emmanuelle

I know I am a pretty impatient person I also have a tendency to speak my mind, it must bother other less outspoken people.
I have a very wonderful, close friend who constantly says "Thank You GOD" whenever I say something that confronts him,( 2 times a week) he NEVER gets annoyed with me, and you know, it always stops me in my tracks as soon as he says that, because I know Ive hit him with a whammy and rather than reacting to my comment defensively he always takes the higher ground.
I so appreciate that in him,
it calms the situation immediately and I pull in my horns.

I really NEED your continued explanation because 'I' want to be saying Thank You GOD, instead of being the reactionary, judgemental person.
So, please Neale Thank YOU for all the wonderful inspiring expansion you provide, I always look for your posts and pleease continue, I know I need help, hahaha. Love, Gloria

Neale, please continue to share with us. I am at a turning point in my life where I know I must face the fears that I have carried my entire life. I have a deep love for a man and desire a manifestation of this love more than anything.....I desire to stay positive and trust that God has answered my prayers.

maeukemi 4th May 2011 7:28 am

I have noticed that gratitude, or even simply stillness, has brought me things I only *vaguely* remember being conscious of asking for, and recently! The leverage of Creation came about because I was grateful for having received in the moment of asking. Those requests that I made in gratitude, Universe and God honored! Fully and completely! No exceptions!

I have been living very poor for a very long time (all of my adult life). I really needed/wanted some new necessary clothing items, but they were very expensive. One day I just stopped focusing on the expense, and instead was grateful for having received them. The very next day, a friend of mine mentioned she was giving away several things. There were FOUR sets of underclothes in the bag she sent me home with, and they all fit perfectly! I also got the best job I've ever had & the highest wage I've ever been paid.

I really enjoyed your post this morning, and it reaffirmed for me what I have started to understand fully through my own experience. These words are so very clear. I look forward to more.
