Our current process of growth and development is urging us to learn how to live from an expanded state of consciousness. This state of consciousness asks that we perfectly balance our heart with our mind, our body with our soul and our inner life with our external life. To do this we must become mindful of the situations and circumstances in our lives that drain our energy.
Many are currently feeling depleted and struggling to find the motivation needed in these challenging times. Building your energetic strength is essential now and is achieved only when you harness and direct your energy towards self-care. Practicing self-care isn’t always easy. Ironically it can be even more difficult in times of heightened stress. However, in these times it is imperative. Look for the small ways in which you can include self-care into your daily life. Going for a walk in nature, taking a hot bath, meditation or just a few minutes of deep breathing can shift your perspective, alter your mood and raise your energy levels.
