In my book, ‘How Your Mind Can Heal Your Body’, I wrote about gaining strength by using our minds to imagine exercising and I have spoken about the subject in many talks and workshops. I jokingly suggest that we can lie in our beds instead of going to the gym and just do the workout in our minds. So I was excited to learn of some very recent scientific research that showed just how much we can replace actual training with training in our minds.
As we go through this Gateway, our Pineal and Pituitary Glands are being recalibrated and activated more. Also, some of the higher chakras, the eighth through tenth chakras, are activated. This Gateway exists in the etheric (not astral) realm above the Earth Portal of the area known as the Middle East and extends above and below the land and waters there.
People always ask me how I’m able to find something to write about nearly every week. Sometimes the idea comes as a flash of insight out of the blue, but most weeks I find inspiration in my conversations with others, my own struggles to live a good life, items I find on the web or in an email from a reader, and sometimes I get a fun idea while driving in my car. That’s what happened yesterday.
In a continuation of our last discussion, we wish to add this information. To the ego or unrefined mind, it seems like “work” or a “discipline” to relax, go with the flow and surrender to Grace. It also seems like work as the unrefined mind is so accustomed to figuring things out, and being pro-active as it were. This time when your earth sun is in the sign of Cancer is the perfect time to ease into the peace, the feeling, the Grace.
We will now speak of stage three. But before we do, we wish to point out that the transition does not take place along a straight and linear pathway. There are moments in which you may fall back to a stage you had already left behind. But such a fallback may later on lead you to a big step forward. So detours may turn out to be shortcuts.
Four stages in the transformation of consciousness
In the previous chapters, we have described the historical background of the lightworker's journey from ego based to heart based consciousness. This part will be dedicated entirely to the psychological characteristics of this transformation. We have divided up this process into four steps or stages, which we sum up again for the sake of clarity:
From the center of your heart, there is a spiral of love that
reverberates and winds itself around the Universe. Your heart is the
Center of the World of Love. Your heart is the center of you, and it is
the center of everything.
Dear friends, it is with
great pleasure and happiness that I bid you welcome in this place where you
have gathered to hear me, an old friend of yours. I am Jeshua. I have been
among you in my life on earth as Jesus.
have come to know that it is the mind that causes you the greatest
difficulty, the greatest challenge, the greatest grief – for it is the
mind that holds you in the past and keeps you stuck in what you do not
desire. It is the mind that creates the only living hell there is, and
yet it is also the mind that can get you out.
A beggar had been sitting by the side of a road for over thirty years. One day a stranger walked by. "Spare some change?" mumbled the beggar, mechanically holding out his old baseball cap. "I have nothing to give you," said the stranger. Then he asked: "What's that you are sitting on?" "Nothing," replied the beggar. "Just an old box. I have been sitting on it for as long as I can remember."
Each and everyday you are given pebbles
of worry. Whether real or illusionary they land in your body as solid granules
of confusion and pain. They sit heavy and you feel less buoyant and denser.
Everyday you go forth and you collect more of these pebbles of worry and
What you perceive is your perception. You perceive according to what hill or plateau you stand on whatever and wherever it may be. Quite naturally, you can only see from where you are. You can only see what you can see from your perspective. Fortunately, no matter what hill or dale you stand on, you can increase your vision and, therefore, your perception.
