A Helping Hand to Calm Anxiety and Stress

This week I’m taking a vacation from the blog and thought I’d share a Facebook Live event I did in late March to help you deal with the anxiety and stress of a changing world.  During the session I offered:

~*~ A way to instantly calm your body to help reduce stress and anxiety.

~*~ A tapping exercise to help you metabolize the extra cortisol that might be running through your system these days. This exercise can relax your mind and body, eliminate fear, and help you fall asleep (or get back to sleep if you wake in the middle of the night).

~*~ A self-care assignment designed to not only lift your spirits but those of loved ones and strangers.

I finished the event with a coaching session taking questions from viewers.

If you feel anxious or afraid…

If you’re feeling the anxiety of others or of the world…

If you’re highly sensitive and dealing with the tension of overworked empathy muscles…

If you’re pulling your hair out because you’re stuck in the house trying to be all things to all people…

please try the exercises I offer. Also, feel free to share them with loved ones who need support, too.

Here is a timeline in the description so you know when I cover each topic in case you want to fast-forward to what you need most.

00:00 - 04:00 Cheryl's Welcome
04:00 - 13:00 Self Care Practice to Instantly Create Calm
13:00 - 30:00 Mini Tapping Session
30:00 - 34:00 Self Care Assignment: Become a Mayor of Hope
34:00 - 52:00 Coaching: Sleep help, panic attacks, etc.

Have a great week.  Please go out of your way to be good to each other.  Listen, don’t preach.  Love, don’t hurt.  Laugh often.  And stay away from crazy news!
