Intentional Silence /The Journey Inward

Many religious traditions entail the importance of being quiet and still in mind and spirit for transformative and fundamental sacred growth to occur.Silence is core to all spiritual practices.

Silence means being tranquil so that we can pay attention to the Voice that seeks out our hearts and minds.

"Let us be silent, that we may hear the whispers of the gods."
~ Ralph Waldo Emmerson

As I watch, listen and read; I find myself becoming more peaceful and centered. Truly an inspiring message and video; because for months I've been trying to be 'silent'. Thank you for the gentle nudges of 'remembering' how.

With many blessings of thankfulness in finding this 'just when I needed to'.
