Hi Dear Friends,
The message from the angels is packed with love and emotion – how the angry are seeking love, why we cried over RBG's death, how we can ride these birthing contractions on earth with grace, and more.
I'll share my thoughts on all the good that is emerging and some down to earth tips about how we can focus upon that to elevate ourselves in these trying times... and a few really heartwarming stories and sites that will support your hope and faith in the goodness of human hearts!
Love you all!
Message from the Angels
My dear friends, we love you so very much,
You are in the middle of powerful birthing contractions upon your planet earth. Just as a human mother exerts energy, then rests while attempting to ride the natural cycles of life that force a baby out of the womb, so too your mother earth is allowing the powerful energies of love that have been repressed by humanity to be released through her body – in the form of fires, floods, and various other earth changes.
Although we know these earth changes don't look like love at this point, they are. A human being can only pinch off love for so long before illness appears, and the body of humanity could only pinch off love for so long before the social ills which have been festering quietly have burst forth on the surface for all to see. The floodgates have been opened and the cries of pain and injustice that you witness are energies being pushed to the surface by the love behind them! Yes, dear ones, behind every so-called negative emotion, there is a great and powerful love attempting to surface!
Within the bursting open of a seed, there is the force of Love and Life wanting to expand into something more. Within a mother's powerful contractions, there is the force of Life and Love wanting to be birthed. Within every angry outburst, there is Love and Life crying, "I want to be Loved! I want to be treated as the Divine being that I am! I want to be seen as equal in the eyes of humanity! I want to be valued, acknowledged, heard, seen, expressed..." Dear ones, Love and Life have been summoned by the cries of human hearts and they are pushing up through every crack, corner, and crevice of your earth, your hearts, and your lives... awkwardly, painfully, or gracefully, depending on your willingness to let this love surface in your lives.
Look for the love beneath it all. "Seek and Ye shall Find. Knock and he Door will be opened." If you seek the love you will see the love, and you will be the love, because that is your deepest, truest, nature.
Look for the kind souls in communities who have been pummeled by the storms coming together to help one another, without regard to race or status. Look at the dialogues that are being born out of a desire for peaceful resolution after the angry riots. Look at the innocent and powerful children rising up on your planet to create change because they bore witness to the world's pain and wanted something more. Look at yourself in the mirror, sometimes happy, sometimes sad, sometimes upset, craving more. Love is rising up from within. You feel its fiery passion. You feel its powerful waves. And so too, does your mother earth, not because she is punishing you but because she must release this energy or she would not be able to hold herself together, any more than you can when you block the flow of love's circulation in your own body.
A deep and powerful wound is being lanced in your world. It is not easy, not pretty, and certainly not pleasant for so many, but in the long run, you will live in a far better, kinder, and more connected world. You will feel your connection with one another, with nature, with other countries, regardless of race, religion, creed, or gender. This is why you grieved the passing of your dear Ruth Bader Ginsburg, because she stood for a world of equality, and we assure you that even though her body has passed, she is in absolute bliss as she witnesses the movements she birthed and supported here upon this earth. She loves and supports each and every one of you willing to consider yourselves equal in the eyes of God. She knows she "worked herself to death" and has no regrets whatsoever, for she knows, in the light of heaven's truth, that there is no death of the Love that one births while there upon your earth.
There is no death of the Love that one births while there upon your earth.
Remember that dear ones. The love you birth in your earthly dimension is eternal. You are the hands, the eyes, the mind, and the mouth of God when you are willing to bring any love to the surface – in any way, in any given moment. Your love remains as a vibration, very much like a note sounded into eternity, that will contribute to the upliftment of the human race even after your body leaves. Whenever you appreciate the simplest thing, you send forth this love. Whenever you treat yourself or another with kindness and compassion, you emanate this love. Whenever you think a thought of delight, joy, or simply contentment, you emanate this love. You are doing it far more often than you might think. Love is natural to the soul and, unimpeded by negative thoughts or expectations for even a second, it flows freely.
You allow Love to pour forth from the Presence of God into your experience here in your earthly reality. Love is ever present beneath the surface, but you are the ones who allow it, through your willingness, into the experience of humanity.
Dear ones, instead of asking "When it is going to get better," (for it will soon enough), ask yourself much simpler and more powerful questions: "How can I make my life better in this moment? How can I bring a bit of love to the surface in my mind, heart, or life right now? Can I think one kinder thought about myself or another? Can I perform one simple act of kindness towards myself or another, even if it not witnessed by anyone else? Can I appreciate just one thing, right here, right now? What can I contribute to life in this moment, if only a positive vision, or a quiet prayer?"
No act of love is ever insignificant. Love is the nature, the power, and force of the Divine. To the degree that you allow Love through you into your mind, heart, life, family, and community, you will elevate yourself above the world's unloving challenges, and become the contribution that you truly wish to be. It is, indeed, truly that simple. One loving thought. One loving word. One loving deed... and like a snowball rolling and gathering momentum, your loving vibration will join with others to form a powerful movement of love upon your planet earth. Your notes join together like a symphony that forms a choir of angels, for in your love, you are indeed the angels upon this earth.
God Bless You! We love you so very much.

Message from Ann...
The world started to get to me last week, so after work and emails and helping as many people as possible one day, I decided upon a brief outing to celebrate pumpkin season. I love all things pumpkin - pumpkin spice coffee, pumpkin bread, pumpkin pie filling without gluten, you name it! I went and made myself a pumpkin care basket at Trader Joe's and brought home several inexpensive pumpkins for decor now, and soup later. Surrounded by perhaps one of the few "normal" feelings this year – the delightful season of Autumn – I baked gluten free pumpkin spice donuts, meditated on the bountiful beauty of pumpkins, and counted my blessings. It didn't take long until I was focused of all the beauty in this world once again. Love is love, whether it appears as a pumpkin spiced-variety or not!
I burst into tears channeling this week's message from the angels. I felt the love beneath the pain and anger as they described it. I felt Ruth Bader Ginsburg's magnificent soul and profound love for humanity. I felt the sheer GOODNESS beneath all the insanity we are witnessing and even though I know we have more seriously intense months to come, I felt a sense of joy knowing that there is so much good that is arising out of this current chaos. I don't think it is an accident that Tropical Storm Beta popped up the very day RBG died, nor was it an accident that what could have turned into a deadly hurricane remained a tropical storm as humanity shed its own tears.
The angels remind us often that what we see on the news is what makes news, while quietly there are billions of good, caring, loving individuals going about their business, doing what they can to love themselves, their families, and communities. There are children* who barely make the news who are enlightened angels changing this world for the better. There are mothers and fathers quietly demonstrating loving values for their children. There are teachers learning all sorts of technologies to reach their students. There are teenagers delivering groceries for elderly neighbors. I hear the love my clients have for their family, friends, the world... The list goes on. I've included several stories in tip #2 below that warmed my own heart this week. I seek them out.
We see the hate and the hurt and the divisiveness broadcast as if it is the only thing real in our "reality," but in a more real "reality" there are countless loving souls trying to bridge these separations. People are, by their nature good. Some have forgotten their nature. Some are trying so hard to remember. But deep down, this kernel of love is there, always crying for more.
I have to remember this often. In my work I hear people who are frustrated, angry, and highly polarized, be it on issues of race, politics, medicine, social reform, education, you name it. I am safe harbor as I sit with the angels and lovingly listen to all perspectives. The angels LOVE it when people own their own beliefs and perspective. They LOVE it when people know what they want, what they believe, and what they stand for.
They know that a heart cell must stand for flexibility while a bone must stand for strength, and each of us must stand for what is inherently in our being, because that is how we serve our unique purpose in this body of humanity – not by imposing our will on others, but by BEING who we are drawn to be.
So, how do we translate that into our human experience? It is simpler than we think. We vote with our conscience. We do what we are guided to do. We trust that when the Divine wants us to do something to facilitate our very own dreams, we'll want to do it. We trust that when timing is right we'll be passionate about our projects. We trust that when our body wants rest, we rest. We accept ourselves first, and from that place of self-love it is SO much easier to accept others. When I feel myself becoming frustrated with anything or anyone, I step back, take care of myself and tune the world out for a few hours, or a few days. I revel in pumpkins :)
Most powerfully, when we accept ourselves, we stop trying to validate our own perspectives and guidance by getting everyone else to agree with us. We simply share when guided. Fear requires agreement. Love expands, shares, synergizes. In fear, we grab and grasp at people's energies, needing them to think as we do to assuage our worst nightmares. In Love we contribute the best of who we are and come up with better. I share perspectives in these newsletters as an offering. Some people love them. Others attack me, often using fancy fonts and big words to prove their superiority! They are just seeking to be loved too, whether they know it or not.
So as we move forward and continue to witness chaos in the months to come, remember that the world is not coming to an end. We are in the throes of birthing and it is messy. You can weather it with joy if you're willing. You can look for the love, seek the love, and see the love in so many ways.
I do this every day. I get up and count my blessings. I read something inspiring even if only a sentence or two. I look for good people, doing good things to remind myself of the goodness and love in human hearts. I give thanks for my beautiful clients who are all striving to bring more love into their lives too. There IS so much good if we look. If we want to just be spoon-fed by watching the news, we will see what we are given. If we are willing to do a bit of seeking, we can find SO much more to celebrate. I choose, instead of being spoon-fed division and dis-ease to seek the love and peace... and pumpkins, please!
Here are some thoughts and habits to inspire you and remind you of all the good in life.
1. Count Your Blessings
At every available opportunity, look for something to appreciate. The moment you catch yourself focusing on anything negative, seek out three things to be grateful for.
Slowly but surely we can rewire our habitual brains to look for the good and appreciate all there is to celebrate in life.
2. Seek out good news
Instead of remaining glued to news that makes you feel bad, seek out good news. Google phrases like "people helping each other" or "people helping the environment." Visit goodnewsnetwork.org where you can find delightful stories about people helping others, doing good in the world, environmental breakthroughs, etc.
The angels just got in my head and said you can set reminders on your phone that say "Google for Good" throughout the day! How cute!
Make it a priority to seek out stories of hope and inspiration. Remind yourself to look for good.
Here are a few stories and site I've found recently to warm your heart!
3 Year old forms beautiful friendship with garbage man
4 Year old inspires a Friendship and Charitable contributions by shouting Black Lives Matter in Home Depot
5 year old girl collects enough to feed nearly 18,000 in San Francisco
Window Swap - look through the windows of people in quarantine all over the world!
Listen to nature sounds uploaded by people all around the world!
3. Challenge yourself to "Find the Silver Lining"
There is a phrase that says, "every cloud has a silver lining" meaning that in the midst of all things that look bad, there is some good. Challenge yourself to find it. Watch a disaster and look for the people valuing lives more than their stuff, and helping one another. If you witness the political mud-slinging, realize there are kernels of truth being exposed for our consideration. When you see hatred, realize this is a cry for love and pray for the hurting. Look at a financial challenge as an opportunity to embrace energetic abundance and open to new possibilities.
There are things to be grateful for even in life's pain. An eye infection a few months ago has set me on a path in which I'm going to see if I can improve my vision! It's pretty fun. Contrast provides inspiration if we're willing to find it.
While this sounds "Pollyanna-ish" and "trite" and I'm not trying to minimize life's hardships or losses, we do have a choice to remain in the pain, or look for the gain.
The external world is challenging. The energy is intense. Tempers are flaring, and impatience is glaring. Nonetheless, there are countless good souls, doing good things, sharing love in the smallest thoughts, words, and deeds, and we are among those striving to seek, see, and be this love. We are the agents of change on this planet if only by emanating vibrations of peace now, which are desperately needed.
Be nice to yourself. Celebrate what you can. Enjoy what you can. Don't negate your vibrational contribution, even if it seems small. As the angels like to say, there is no such thing as an insignificant act of love :)
Love you all!
Happy Autumn in the Northern Hemisphere and Happy Spring to those of you in the Southern one!
