Hi, my friend,
During this time of year, new graduates across the world have the chance to celebrate their academic achievements with a graduation ceremony.
Graduation usually brings up a multitude of feelings. For some, these feelings may include a sense of accomplishment for what they have achieved. For others, it may bring up a little sadness, because it signals the end of one chapter of their lives.
Yet that moment can also bring great joy, excitement, nervousness, hesitation, and anticipation about what the future holds, as a new chapter begins.
In terms of energy, many people (especially way-showers) are experiencing the exact same realization right now: It’s time to graduate.
Those who’ve chosen a path of personal growth will have noticed that from about February 2023 (earlier than that for some) to mid-May, things seemed much more challenging than usual.
The lesson plans and “homework” the Universe was assigning us felt much tougher than before, and even unfair at times.
Of course, whenever these challenges show up, we immediately go to some of the many spiritual tools we’ve acquired over the years during our healing journey.
But just as everything would start to settle down a bit and appear to be remedied, another challenging “assignment” would pop up in its place.
Specifically, the less enjoyable ways of reacting to challenges, which we thought we’d overcome, came back in full force, pushing us to question if we really are expanding in any way.
Asking for Help
During these times, many who are sensitive and empathic to energy will try to convince themselves and others that they’re holding everything together, despite how out of balance they feel.
It’s OK to just let go of the “I can handle it” façade—the belief that we have to have everything figured out—and just ask for help.
After trying to hold everything together over these last few months, many of us reached a breaking point, which helped us let go of pushing against life, and to just surrender and flow with the current energies.
Although great healing and transformation can follow such an experience, asking for help—not just putting on a brave face and saying that everything is perfect—can take some of the pressure off.
A major eruption does not need to occur in order for great expansion to follow!
If you’ve been experiencing anything similar to this, then just know you are not alone.
I’d like to invite you to think back to a time when you were just about to graduate.
Do you remember how chaotic things got, those last few months of school? Whether it was taking exams, finishing up projects, attending events, or tending to anything else that needed to be completed before you could graduate, it all probably felt quite overwhelming, right?
Then, on the actual day of your graduation, when you were about to walk up and receive your diploma, knowing deep down that you were about to embark on a brand-new chapter in your life, all the hardship you’d endured up to that point instantly dissolved.
In that moment, you even thought to yourself, “I would do it all over again!”
Well, my friend, that is exactly where we are, right now.
A New Timeline Begins
The lessons we’ve been learning may have seemed more challenging than before, because we needed to fit in as many as possible to make it in time for our upcoming graduation day.
Graduation days are like energy portals, because they serve as the end point of one timeline and the beginning of another.
This particular graduation is leading us into higher states of consciousness.
We are aligning with the greater potential of our truest selves and our highest purpose.
It’s taken a lot of refining to get here, but we are here.
Although it may not feel like it yet for some, we have already achieved so much in terms of raising our consciousness.
Yes, we will continue to achieve more.
However, it’s important to take time to celebrate how far we’ve already come.
Healing Through Silence
Around graduation day, there is usually a period of time when we desire to be more introspective. Listening and being still in silence is a balm for the soul, as it replenishes and nourishes us at the very deepest core level.
If you are craving silence, give yourself permission to take time for yourself, away from the noise of the world. There’s no need to rush. This is your time to rest and rejuvenate.
Soon after graduation occurs, new experiences begin to blossom. You may have already been planting the seeds for these experiences to start manifesting in your life.
This can show up as doing something you’ve never done before, starting a new project, job, relationship, or healing protocol, getting out of your comfort zone, committing to following your bliss, or anything else that expands you.
During times of major transition, there’s usually a reflection period that occurs, allowing us to marinate on all of the profound experiences that have brought us to where we are in our present journey.
For many, times of transition can bring out an array of emotions, from over-the-top bliss to moments of sadness, back to laughter and everything in between. It’s absolutely normal to experience all of these emotions at the same time, especially as we move out of a way of living and being that we’ve been used to for so long.
The key to moving through transitional periods with more ease and grace is to simply love our way through whatever we are going through.
Yes, that includes loving ourselves through every emotion.
Experiencing emotions that feel a little more out of balance or “all over the place” is simply feedback that we are moving through great change, and our emotional bodies are re-calibrating to the new reality we are creating.
Full Speed Ahead
That being said, the most recent eclipse season we just moved through is helping us to quickly enter new timelines that reflect a more heart-centered approach to life.
Because energy is now shifting so quickly, it’s important to be clear on what we truly want, before it starts to take shape in our reality. Many of us have noticed that as soon as we think about something, it shows up soon after.
If you’re feeling like things are all over the place for you, spend a little time each day expressing gratitude for the blessings you already have in your life.
This helps the mind open up to focus on more of what is working in our lives, instead of what is not.
Trusting Our Intuition
As we collectively move more into our heart centers, trusting our intuition becomes easier. By choosing to trust and listen to our intuition, everything begins to align and move into place.
It’s when we are not listening to our intuition that we experience a few more challenges in our lives, because there’s usually some type of resistance to trusting that what is happening is working on our behalf.
At this point, it’s almost impossible not to hear our intuition. If we are someone who finds ourself in a job, relationship, or any other situation that we are not feeling happy with, we’re probably in a place of feeling stuck.
To get un-stuck, we can let our intuition lead the way.
Our intuition only steers us in a direction that is in alignment with our highest and greatest good. This direction is usually the one that feels the most joyous, gentle, and fulfilling to us.
Let’s be willing to continue trusting our intuition as we move ahead into the miraculous journey ahead of us.
The Solstice of Abundance
This month brings the summer solstice in the Northern Hemisphere, and the winter solstice in the Southern Hemisphere (occurring at 10:58 am Eastern Time on June 21, 2023).
A solstice represents a time of completion and a fresh start. If there is anything we are ready to resolve and let go of, the solstice is the time to do it.
We can then enter the next phase of our journey feeling refreshed, in our power, and ready to create the life we most desire.
The main theme for this solstice is abundance.
What does abundance mean to you? How has your relationship with abundance been over the years?
Are you living abundantly, in a way that feels expansive to you? Or has it felt otherwise?
Are you ready to embrace a more loving relationship with abundance?
Asking these kinds of questions will help us make the best use of the solstice energies, as the answers will reveal themselves in a supportive way.
We can then use the feedback we receive to refine, heal, or strengthen our relationship with abundance in a way that feels aligned with our most authentic selves.
What are you ready to let go of, and also to create more of, in order to experience more abundance?
What are you willing to put aside, so that you can create more room for your desired reality?
These are helpful questions that can inspire us to be more available to greater abundance.
The energies around a solstice can bring to light our truest and most authentic desires.
This is because millions of spiritually aware people around the world are now working with these energies, to help create a unified field of Love that can be tapped into with the simple intention to do so.
By tapping into this unified field of Love, it becomes much easier to enter a state of flow, which is when we are at our most powerful, in terms of deliberate creation and manifestation.
To connect with the unified field of Love, I invite you to spend a few moments throughout June 20th to 21st, where you close your eyes and affirm out loud to yourself, “I AM open to noticing and receiving the full abundance of life!”
Then visualize a blanket of pink rose-colored Light, gently surrounding you.
Turn on some music and dance, as you envision this pink Light flow through and around you.
This process will help to awaken your heart, where the greatest Love and wisdom come into your consciousness from your Spirit Self.
This Love and wisdom will guide you to create the reality that is most aligned with the highest vision you have for your life.
Here’s to a bright, beautiful, and abundant new season for all of us.
