Here's To Raising The Standard And Saluting A New Dawn: June's Sagittarian Full Moon

Thoughts and emotions are only momentary. Stand upright, speak thy thoughts, declare the truth thou hast, that all may share; Be bold, proclaim it everywhere: They only live who dare. Lewis Morris

Vision without action is a daydream. Action without vision is a nightmare. Japanese Proverb

Freedom is the sure possession of those alone who have the courage to defend it. Pericles

Success is a personal standard—reaching for the highest that is in us—becoming all that we can be. Zig Ziglar

The chasm between the principles upon which this Government was founded, in which it still professes to believe, and those which are daily practiced under the protection of the flag, yawn wide and deep. Mary Church Terrell

June's full Moon in Sagittarius is an interesting one, and one that could be rather difficult to navigate. The few weeks leading up to it have been fairly gnarly and stressful for many and we are being tested along the path it seems, with some people being tested rather severely.

Occurring on June 3 in Australia and June 2 in the United States, it has some of the most compelling 'going on strike' degrees all lined up- more than I have ever seen before. The idea of 'striking or protesting' comes from the degrees that have also been emphasised through Mercury's retrograde, along with the Sun and Mars going over them as well - and, the Sun and Mars and Mercury will go over more and more 'going on strike' degrees in the few weeks after this full Moon. It is a curious time, and one that can have many wanting to spit the pacifier, be laying down new rules, finding new conditions laid down for them, having to move on from various life situations, etc. One thing is for certain, this is a meaningful full Moon and one will bring up quite a few issues for many.  Here's a Daily Rave audio I made about this - it's up on my website - click here.

The full Moon each month marks a time of heightened energies and events. It often marks the culmination of the energies released at the new Moon. Emotions can be supercharged as the Sun and Moon are on opposite sides of the zodiac and illumination is increased – it’s like we can see in the dark – and we can be hyper-aware as well as being hyper-awake. The effects of a full Moon can be major or minor, depending on how they interact with your own chart. Sometimes, realisations or events that are unleashed, or unlocked, can stretch their meaning months into the future.

A lot can be learned at the time of the full Moon and whether it’s lunacy or illumination, or a combination of both, there’s magic unleashed with every full Moon.

The full Moon is on Sagittarius 12: A FLAG TURNS INTO AN EAGLE; THE EAGLE INTO A CHANTICLEER SALUTING THE DAWN - the following is from my book The Sabian Oracle: 360 Degrees Of Wisdom

Although symbols stretch across time and space with their own vibrations, this image is a particularly American one. To quote Dane Rudhyar from his book 'An Astrological Mandala': "The 'Flag' is the abstract symbol of the nation; it becomes an 'Eagle' —another U.S. symbol—when the concept is made alive by bold and transcendent action. The 'Eagle' symbolizes spiritual will and the power to rise to the highest possible altitude of consciousness and purpose. Flying at such an altitude, the 'Eagle' is the first living creature to perceive the rising sun. Having perceived it, it heralds it—and by so doing is identified with the crowing 'Chanticleer', who had convinced himself that his resonant cry was responsible for the rise of the sun and the coming of the new day".

This is a time when our highest ideals can be felt deeply and proudly and as an expression of spiritual purity all the way to pride in our selves and our nation. You may find that you are moved to burst forth with expressions or declarations of your higher self. Any issue that is really worthwhile and “centered” will be seen and heard in the clear light of day. However, you may need to be wary of forcing your opinions on others—especially on those who disagree or have a different view of things. Although it may be difficult to restrain the forward momentum contained here, there’s a need to be cautious of going overboard with enthusiasm in the company of others. This can alienate people and cause distrust. Having said that, if there has been something you have wanted to do or say but have felt held back, now’s the time to go for it. The ‘Dawn’ reveals that a new day and the possibility of a new life is coming, and with it ideals that have to be allowed for, spoken about and expressed in life.

Keywords: Declared idealism. Trumpeting ideals. National pride. Peak experiences. Flags. Symbols of strength, unity and power. Truths. The pomp and ceremony of big political displays. Issues of nationhood. Issues of world domination. Elevated views and perspectives. Forceful voices. Reaching for the highest plane. Nobility and pride. Successful outcomes. National anthems. New empires. Messages from the president.

The Caution: Assuming one is right only because of might or power or because one can say it the loudest. Propaganda. Lording it over others. Seeing other "nations" as being lesser. Loud voices. Bullying.

The Quest Degree for the full Moon is Sagittarius 13: A WIDOW'S PAST IS BROUGHT TO LIGHT.
(click here to learn about the Karmic and Quest degrees)

This Symbol implies revealing issues, secrets or problems from the “Past”, so they can be dealt with. There are issues which will be “Brought to Light”. Perhaps your past catches up with you, or, people in your family or circle of friends have stories, histories, deeds, acts or personalities that need to be handled with care and tact. There is often a healing as things that have been kept ‘closeted’ lose some of their charge when they come into the light of day. Although you, or others, may be in a reasonably sympathetic position in the eyes of others, some may not like what is revealed. Bring issues to 'Light' where they can be healed, forgiven and, hopefully, forgotten.

Keywords: Unveiling and exposing—or creating a new and vibrant beginning. Getting rid of yesterday's darkness. Looking back to revision attitudes. Being freed for new opportunities. The "scales" falling from one's eyes. Reasons as to why relationships have failed. Remembering. Past life memories. Things being found or discovered. Wills. Inheritances. Death certificates. Burying the past. Pensions. Insurance policies.

The Caution: Old stories best forgotten. Dead-end feelings hanging around. Gossip and family secrets that hurt and otherwise cause harm. Feelings rehashed detrimental to stability. Someone being caught out. Bearing the weight of secrets.

Sun is on Gemini 12: A SLAVE-GIRL DEMANDS HER RIGHTS OF HER MISTRESS - with the Sun on this degree, opposite the full Moon on the Flag, Eagle and Chanticleer degree, we can sense that there are going to be some issues coming up - and there could be anger, or, at least, a strong force-field around the issues being from to light now.

This speaks of someone who wants to be taken seriously. As with everyone else, she has 'Rights' and she 'Demands' her needs to be heard in order to improve her living conditions or situation. This can be difficult for the 'Mistress' because it is not uncommon for those in dominant positions to fail to understand that everyone is entitled to their own freedoms. The 'Mistress' may have assumed that everything was fine, as everything was okay at her end. Indeed, the 'Slave-Girl' may not have realized that her position was something that needed changing or that she needed liberation from, until just recently.

This Symbol shows the need to be given respect and taken seriously. At times you find that you can’t put up with the way you are treated, the pressure builds up and suddenly, and probably seemingly from out of nowhere, a torrent of emotion comes out. If you're being spoken badly to or treated with little respect, make a stand - don't put up with it. It's tiring to be treated like a 'Slave' or dutiful underling. Everyone should have equal rights. Spread your wings of freedom and seek to improve things by being frank and honest. You may win, but you can never truly lose if you act with integrity and honesty.

Keywords: Rising above conditioning and limitations. Standing up for one's self. Demanding better treatment. Seeking recognition and self-respect. Being in charge of one's life. Breaking away from oppression. Wanting a raise in pay or conditions. The need for freedom. Desiring property and rewards. Rising up from an "underdog" position or situation. The quest for identity.

The Caution: Feeling hard done by. Being demanding. Blaming others. Bucking authority. Demanding to be recognized or noticed. Feeling used and abused. Oppression and slavery. Jealousy and envy. Exploitation. Racial and social profiling.

'A World Famous Pianist' is someone who, through years of rigorous practice, has learnt their craft and knows how to show it so it can be shared, enjoyed and experienced by others. In this Symbol, the 'Pianist' is 'World Famous' and others come to watch the 'Concert Performance'. Perhaps he or she is performing in some distant place or foreign land. The audience has come to enjoy the melodies, emotions and dramas that are brought to their ears, minds and hearts. They come to see the person who embodies this talent. The 'Pianist' has the ability to concentrate on the flow of the music and the actions of the body whilst being attentive to the audience. Of course, not everyone can play the piano or a musical instrument - this can be about rewards coming to those who are well rehearsed and prepared to share their talent - no matter what they do.

Keywords: Talent. Validations of social standing. Working hard at being special (or noticed). Reverence, respect and patronage of the arts. Feeling attracted to those with creative ability. Music, whether inspiring or tiring. Hands-on creativity. Feeling empowered by ability. Success. Practice makes perfect. Singing. Playing out front or in the band. Having an adoring public. Repertoires. Concerts.

The Caution: Relying on past success. Not putting in the day-today practice. The need for applause and acclaim to validate ones existence. Inflated egos demanding attention. Smugness about being talented, cultured, wealthy or privileged. Prima donnas. Cultural rewards for the privileged few. Conceit. Nerves that can ruin performance.

The Sun symbolizes: One’s core center, spirit, heart, issues to do with father, men, self, ego, your male side. How you radiate your sense of being. What others see, how you are recognized or remembered, sense of identity and connection with male energy - yours and others.

Mercury is on Gemini 8: AROUSED STRIKERS SURROUND A FACTORY - here we have another Gemini Symbol of standing up for one's self (and/or others)

The 'Strikers' are obviously unhappy with their work, pay or conditions, and they are now on 'Strike'. In some measure, they are not putting up with what they're receiving for their efforts. For the moment, the disagreement has probably stopped anyone from benefiting from anything at all as events have come to a standstill. This Symbol pictures a dramatic type of power struggle or disagreement over how something of value is to be shared. It may be about work conditions, or the distribution of wealth that results from the work they are expected to do. What is their incentive for putting in the effort? The 'Strikers' may be calm, but all hell could break loose, turning into a full-blown demonstration with placards, yelling and violence.

This Symbol shows the need, or the desire, to be able to call a halt or go on strike when one feels hard done by or taken advantage of. You may need to stand up for your rights, or perhaps those of others. You probably have some support from compatriots, but you can become separated from the general situation and may have difficulty finding creative solutions that satisfy everyone. It may help to consider what negotiations can be made to bring things back to a feeling of equilibrium. By withdrawing your energies for a while you will see how important you really are in the situation.

Keywords: Bargaining to find more equitable solutions. Demanding better rights and conditions. Comradeship. Disruption of the normal flow. Not wanting to contribute or work. Taking time out to consider one's position. Taking action or refusing to act. Labor strikes and strikers. Demonstrations. Peace rallies. Standing up for others. Scab labor. Sweat shops. Slave labor. Strikes. Bosses. Workers. Placard waving.

The Caution: Being obsessed with what is desired. Refusing any compromises. Going without one's due in order to protest. Being locked out because of one's actions or attitude. Being left out in the street. Greedy behavior. Asking for more than one's share. Overworked and underpaid. Shutting down.

Mercury symbolizes: Mind, thought, communication, memory, expression, intelligence. News, exchanges, chatting, conversations, short journeys, connections with others, telephones, emails, siblings, neighbors, the reasoning mind. Day-to-day activities. Cars, keys, small animals.

'An Indian Girl Introduces Her College Boyfriend to Her Assembled Tribe' is an image of the spanning of cultures, languages or belief systems through love and acceptance. The people in this Symbol are bridging the gap between people or situations that are usually foreign to each other. They may come from completely different "sides of the tracks". However, it is the deeply felt understanding of both camps, intellectual and tribal, and the respect with which these people are held that makes their mutual acceptance possible. It may be that having an education creates a gap between those that have formal training and those that haven't. This Symbol can also refer to generation gaps. Despite any differences in the way a family or close group may see the world, there should always be the essential elements of family, respect and pride shown to those who come.

This Symbol implies that you may find yourself bridging the gap between situations or people that are inherently foreign to each other or previously unknown and unexplored. By bridging the worlds between people, you invite richness into your life and the lives of others that may not have been possible if you’d stuck to your culture, your ethnicity, your own side of the tracks. It is your deeply felt understanding of both situations and the respect with which you are held in both situations that makes their mutual acceptance possible. This is about opening your heart to find the rewards that are waiting.

Keywords: Challenging or going against the status quo. Bringing in a new, more intellectual, element OR bringing in a more natural, earth-based attitude. Being the odd one out. Revealing strange, foreign situations or truths to others. Accepting people without judgment. Being welcoming and loving. Clans. Tribes.

The Caution: Deliberately upsetting the group. Unconventional or alternative behavior. Choosing friends or mates that could never fit in with one's family, friends or social expectations. Using prejudice to keep people apart. Judging people by social standards. People misunderstanding each other. Hidden motives. Rebellion for the sake of being different. Ignoring tradition.

'A Violent Storm in a Canyon Filled With Valuable Homes' shows that a 'Storm' has released its fury on those in its path. The 'Weather' that has been unleashed can reflect actual weather, or psychological or emotional conditions. The 'Homes' need not be ""expensive", but are places that are definitely 'Valuable' in some way to the occupants, they usually feel protected and safe. Somehow, a 'Storm' has raged through. Exactly what will happen next may be rather uncertain.

This Symbol implies that you may find yourself much deeper in situations than you had planned, but you find yourself restrained by the walls about you and the turbulence happening in and around you. Strong emotions or events may be unleashed and there may be no escape from the turbulence that is around. The best thing to do is wait it out and protect your self the best you can. In fact, endeavoring to contain the energy could result in more damage. Things will settle down and peace will reign once more. Arguments and emotional confrontations emerge as a result of the ‘pressure cooker’ environments in modern-day living. Psychic energy being unleashed on the community or the environment.

Keywords: Arguments and emotional confrontations. The "pressure cooker" environments of modern-day living. Psychic energy unleashed. Furious emotions. Changing the status quo. Bad weather and its consequences. Rebuilding from the foundations. Living in canyons. Being surrounded by mountainous peaks. The awesome power of nature.

The Caution: Wrongly believing that you are in control of the uncontrollable. Enjoyment of emotional storms and turmoil. Lots of noise that erupts out of nowhere. Whipping things up. Lifethreatening behavior. Confrontations. Storm fronts. Social upheavals. Disturbing or violent reactions. Domestic violence.

Venus symbolizes: Relatedness, cooperation, what attracts you. The experience of sweetness, beauty or delight. Social interactions, love, friends, how you reach out to people. Feminine persona, relationship with mother and females. Money, possessions, sense of values.

Mars is on Gemini 16: A WOMAN ACTIVIST ON A PLATFORM IN AN EMOTIONAL SPEECH DRAMATIZING HER CAUSE - here we have yet another Gemini social protest degree being lit-up.

'A Woman Activist' is 'On a Platform Dramatizing Her Cause'. There is a 'Platform', that she is standing on and a message that she wants others to hear and understand. Although she stands up for what she feels, she may strike resistance. She may feel misunderstood and disadvantaged simply because of her gender, status or experience.

This Symbol shows the need to be able to voice one’s needs, frustrations, emotions or demands without fear of being reprimanded. You may feel misunderstood and disadvantaged simply because of who you are or the position you hold. Even when you stand up for what you feel, you may strike resistance, partly due to others' ignorance. You must press your case or the status quo will remain. If the cause is just and your communications are clear, you will be heard by those who understand or resonate with what you are saying and your influence will spread.

Keywords: Stating one's case. Revealing social passions. Being a mouthpiece for the emotions of the collective. The desire to be heard. Having a platform or stage. The need for rational emotional points to be made. Being the "underdog". Many things running through the mind. The battle between the masculine and the feminine. Taking it to the streets. Announcements. Fighting for a cause. Having to shoulder too many things.

The Caution: Pressing opinions on the unwilling and disinterested. Feeling that no one listens or cares. Rational or political structures overriding one's life. Going over the top trying to get a message across. Feeling like the "woman"who is never listened to. Controlling the agenda. Hormonal swings. Male chauvinism blocking female progress. Justifying ones self. Silly ideas.

Mars symbolizes: Drive, determination or agenda, how you get to your goals. How you express and handle anger, ambition, assertion of self and ability to step forward. The male principle, sexuality, the ability to step up to the plate when one needs to. Fight or flight.

Jupiter is on Leo 17: VOLUNTEER CHURCH CHOIR MAKES SOCIAL EVENT OF A REHEARSAL - even this degree has a type of balancing of social inequities about it.

The 'Volunteer Church Choir' is pictured here. They come together to make a 'Social Event of a Rehearsal'. Although their voices will often hit the right pitch, sometimes they won't. As they are a 'Volunteer Church Choir', the issue is not the quality of people's voices or being able to hold a tune, but more the sharing of voices and the enjoyment that such gatherings can bring. Criticism of how folks "sing" should be left at the door. Each and every person should be encouraged to contribute what they can, to raise his or her voice in a celebration of spiritual unity and the enjoyment of life.

This Symbol shows the spirit of giving without thought of reward and the gathering of people who endeavor to bring goodness and light to the community. You probably feel the need to be with those of like mind. Take the opportunity to share in their expressions of spiritual joy and shared faith. Unified voices need to be heard, whether they are taken seriously, or rewarded, or doing it for the sense of community their togetherness can bring. Singing and lifting one’s voice can entertain and boost people’s spirits. Take a chance with others by joining in social activities that bring light and fun to everyone concerned.

Keywords: Making the most of any situation. Feelings of togetherness. Rehearsing without worrying about what might happen. Doing things without thought of reward. Sharing community. Catching up on what others are doing. Busking and street singing. Learning to open up the throat. Charity work. Volunteers. Sharing food and drink. Small gifts for others. Dedication to ideals. Extending yourself by mixing in. Gatherings. Church or school halls.

The Caution: Trivializing the purpose of gatherings. Being afraid or reticent to lift up one's voice. Standing in the background because of the belief that one is not "good" enough to join in. Criticizing others for not contributing enough. Feeling ripped off. Issues of being "in the club".

Jupiter symbolizes: The big picture, expansion, exploration, aspirations, religious and philosophical ideals, issues to do with traveling, foreign lands, people and traditions, culture, education, generosity, luck, abundance, support, optimism. Insight through knowledge and wisdom.

'Retired Army Veterans Gather to Reawaken Old Memories' is an image of a gathering or reunion of people who have shared some kind of companionship, struggle or history. In this 'Gathering', comrades reminisce about tales of the "old days", 'Reawakening Old Memories'. Gathering together can ignite old feelings of camaraderie and great passions, even amongst people that they may not remember or know so well. This can evoke many emotions, all the way from sadness to laughter and amazement.

The Symbol shows reunions and gathering together with people who have shared histories, struggles or issues. A reunion can ignite feelings of camaraderie, companionship and triumph, sometimes along with great passions. As these are “Retired Army Veterans”, it's through the passing of time and with the hindsight of age that many things can be faced, healed and laid to rest. In going over the memories of 'old battles' you may find the clues for current ones. However, this degree can show going over and over old hurts, injuries, diseases, etc. The trick also is not to see others as the ‘enemy’, but rather see in everyone the possibility of friendship.

Keywords: Masculine domains. Understanding the individual's needs and idealistic struggles. Moratoriums and calls for peace. Past life memories of fellowship. Prisoners of war. Memorials to war. Bringing up painful memories in the hope of sharing understanding and healing. Tears of the past. Being confronted by memories. School, and other, reunions. Talking over strategies. Finding comrades. 'A Young Girl Feeding Birds in Winter' is an image of care, innocence, nurturing and benevolence. She brings nourishment to those who need it – this can be physically, emotionally or spiritually. It is 'Winter', which shows that times may be lean and food or resources scarce. The 'Young Girl' shows that even when the cold winds are around us, we can find joy through sharing or doing things for others. Long talks with those in need, be they family, friends or, indeed, strangers, can bring a sense of nurturing, reassurance, satisfaction and love.

This Symbol shows the ability to help those in need of help, to provide safety, security, nourishment or emotional support, especially to those who may not know how to solve their problems themselves. There are those that stubbornly resist moving on or changing their habits, even if it is to their detriment, and providing them with a safe harbor can bring many rewards. This is about sharing and caring. Nonjudgmental attitudes can move you to help them and lead them to trust. A dedication to helping others has its own rewards.

Keywords: Nurturing innocence. Feeding energy to situations that feel cold, hopeless and lost. Small efforts bringing their rewards. Co-dependent relationships. Nurturing. Fighting can take many forms, it can be done obviously or subversively. One can throw punches on every level of consciousness: physically, spiritually, mentally and emotionally.

This Symbol shows that there may be a temptation to take on issues, even to fight, but it needs to be with dignity and regulation. You may feel a need, or the urge, to step up to the plate and take something or someone on. There are rules to follow and often others will be end up being the judge of the final outcome. Make sure you possess the skills and training to defend what you believe. Remember that sometimes you need to back off if you're not winning a contest. 'An Aviator in the Clouds' is an image of a pilot in his plane flying at such a high altitude that he is amongst the 'Clouds'. It must be exhilarating to be up so high and observing this wonderful other realm. However, flying high can lead to feelings of being cut off and separate from reality and the real world and it is only a matter of time before the 'Aviator' must come down out of the 'Clouds' as the constraints of his more earth-bound existence eventually kick in.

No flying machine will ever fly from New York to Paris … [because] no known motor can run at the requisite speed for four days without stopping. Orville Wright

This shows being able to stay on course, not allowing distractions or difficult or confusing issues to deter you from your destination. Perhaps you need to rise above and transcend the more nitty-gritty realities of earthly existence and its difficulties, just be aware that you may not be seeing the complete picture very clearly sometimes. If you take special notice, you may be able to see through illusions, seeing past the surface appearances to things that others miss. You may be able to rely on your spiritual, creative or intellectual skills to take you above and beyond those things that others have to deal with. However, you may also be evading the real truth.

Keywords: Elevated views. Always seeing the best in people and things. Peace and tranquility. The longing for transcendence. Not seeing limitations. Being in a refined "head space". Mastery. The 'Boys and Girls' learn how to interact with each other in the 'School Grounds'. There is the sense that they are having fun, regardless of their individual level of fitness. Some will be very good at sports and be the stars in the 'Gym' whilst others are there because they want to join in the fun or because they are instructed to be there and have no choice. Many of their relationship lessons are first learnt here.

This degree shows being vibrant and alive and in the physical body with enthusiasm and excitement about life and the future. The “Gymnasium Suits” shows the need to get active and to stay active, to have time in your life to drop into the physical body and enjoy it. If you've been neglecting your physical well-being, it is good to reestablish that affinity with your vitality. Spontaneous enthusiasm and the joy of being 'alive' can regenerate and revive and bring about carefree contact with like minded people. The trick is to bring some form of physical discipline into your life while enjoying it and not feeling forced to do what you don’t want to do.

'Laws' relate to the culture of the time and will vary as technology and society changes, but the 'Prophet' is able to manifest 'Laws' that will apply not just for his time, but also for times to come.

This shows being able to live life by a set of “New Laws”, or, to make a new set of laws that better suits your life and place in the scheme of things. This pictures revelations of spirit and truth. It is important to manifest these truths and laws and to integrate them into your everyday life. Codifying the ways of humankind can help us understand the limitations of our earthly existence. 'A Blazing Fireplace in a Deserted Home' gives an impression of warmth, security and love. The 'Blazing Fireplace' conjures up images of coziness and comfort, and can provide a feeling of being surrounded by the secure and good things in life. Even when no one is there to provide the warmth, there can be feelings of positive energy, containment and safety.

This Symbol speaks of beauty, art and wisdom. An 'Art Gallery' brings treasures from our culture, our world and the world around us. Time often doesn't seem to exist in this realm - all is timeless. This Symbol can show speaking to others about abstract concepts, art and culture, often on a higher level. Quiet contemplation of art, especially if people aren't around to distract, can bring rewards on many levels. Everyday chatter that doesn't go deep or explore life's beauties can be useless and mundane but communicating on a deeper, more creative and spiritual level brings interesting insights and answers.

Keywords: Security and comfort left behind. A fire left blazing inside to reassure. Wood for burning. Gas, electricity connections. Holiday homes, or homes that are rarely visited. The light being on, but no one at home. Lack of domestic supplies.

North Node symbolizes: This is known as quite a 'karmic point' (although all planets and points in a chart can be'karmic'). One's destiny in this life. The things you are meant to integrate, move towards, become. Destined relationships and relationship issues can show up here.

'A Woman's Hat With Streamers Blown By the East Wind'. The 'East Wind' often implies messages or forces coming in seemingly from out of the blue. These messages could be about spirit or spiritual teachings. There's a degree of gentleness here and adaptability to external forces. Eastern philosophies can come to mind as a way of thinking through this experience. Indeed, some of the oriental systems of thought may play a major part in this situation.

Allow traditional wisdom to lead you to new and different solutions, but be wary of acting superficially. In deeper, spiritual messages you are afforded protection from the more disturbing elements of situations. Shifts of mind and attitude may happen as a result, indeed, they may need to happen. You may need to adjust continually to outside forces, but you have the ability to be adaptable, so hang onto your center and what anchors you and try not to get blown off-course.

Keywords: Attuning oneself through Eastern philosophies. Protective guidance. Balloons and hot-air ballooning. Compasses. Weather vanes and wind chimes. East meets west. Being adaptable to the moment. The winds of time and change. Shifts in the 'Wind' bringing shifts in attitude or direction. Hats, scarves, streamers.

The Caution: Only accepting solutions that satisfy selfish or social needs. Insincere and easily blown around. Fickleness. Being tossed around by momentary patterns in the "weather". Conflicting ideals. Forgetting things in a moment. Being easily distracted. Changing course midstream. Being blown off the path, thereby losing ones center or way. Breezes that disturb ones equilibrium. Losing yourself in other's opinions.

South Node symbolizes: Past karmic patterns to be overcome, can be habits that are good, but can describe things, relationships, issues that you need to let go of, or, hold you back from manifesting your true destiny. Relationships that feel karmic and difficult, memories from the past.
