Question: What causes my fear?

Abraham: Fear is the feeling sensation that is present within you when you have both a desire and a belief that contradicts it. Fear is a response to the state of your vibration. You are a vibrational being, and every moment offering a signal.

Question: Why is it so hard to break up with somebody, especially the person who is being left?

If you can hold a thought, just a simple thought, for 17 seconds, without contradicting it, another thought like it same shape, same size, same vibration, same tone, by law of attraction another thought like it will come to it.

Abraham, How do you feel about New Year's Resolutions? And how would you approach a New Year's Resolution if you were in our physical shoes?

Jerry: Is there the “one perfect person” for us to be in a rela- tionship with? And if there is, do you have any recommendations of how to fnd that person? Also, what is your opinion about what we call a “Soul Mate”? In other words, is there an ideal Spiritual mate for each of us?

Questioner: I was reading something that Wayne Dyer wrote, that if you don't get past forgiving and resentment, you can forget about getting to a higher spiritual level. How do you know when resentment is resolved, or how do you know that you've forgiven?
