One of the themes that keeps coming up for this month is ‘stay in the Eye of the Storm.” With so much rapid change occurring, and so much external noise, it’s crucial to have some sort of still, safe haven that you can retreat to, to regain balance, sanity and clarity.

Once upon a time there was a man called Jack. Jack was a wonderful man with an amazing golden light inside him. He couldn't see that golden light nor did he know it was within him, but he knew it existed because he could feel it calling him. He knew it contained all the secrets he needed to know about who he really was, and why he was really here. Every day the ants go about their business collecting food, securing their shelter and keeping their families warm. Some of the ants are content with their lives, happy to have what they have. A few ants have big aspirations for their lives and dream of greater things.

We often unknowingly respond to solar activity and geomagnetic disturbances as a stress response - be it physical, cognitive, behavioural or emotional - which can in itself be stressful if we don't know the cause!
We’ve all carried some form of ‘before and after’ images in our minds concerning the way we imagined/felt/intuited life would look 2013 and beyond, however just like the weight loss photo’s, we may not have had any images depicting the amount of time and active steps it takes to get from ‘before’ to ‘after’
