The outside world is a chaotic cauldron of miscreation. It is vitally important for you to remember at all times, that you are not that! It is easy to perceive that we are involuntarily polluted by this burning off, this release of effluvia.

These are troubled times. It is the boiling up of the broth that emits the steam, but also purifies it in the process. What is no longer required is alchemized into the ethers. Do what you can to stay grounded and centered in these times...

Do whatever you can think of to keep your vibe high. This includes anything that makes your heart sing open and your entire body rejoice. For each it is different, but for most it always includes nature, music, dancing, singing, connecting to others...

The greatest message we can give you right now is: stay the course. You have learned so much to this day, it is now absolutely critical that you put it all into play. You are becoming the multidimensional beings that you know yourselves to be but have not been able to express.

Don’t lose sight of the goal now! It is easy to get exasperated just before the final push, but after all of this effort and with the outcome getting closer, do not lose faith. Persevere.

It is a time of great turmoil and peace…such polarities to digest inside yourself. Be gentle, for this degree of processing can be crazy-making, but it is the alchemy that you must transmute on your journey at this time.

The Great Awakening is happening and you have a vital role to play it these transformational times! There are many of your brothers and sisters in fear, despair and panic…hold the greatest compassion for this state, for you have known it in the past.

Who could have ever imagined that this moment on Earth was possible? It is a truly remarkable time and it is vitally important that you realize how much it took to quieten the entire planet.

This is the time we have been waiting for; the time of the great external change is happening. We have been preparing for this for many, many years, and so it has come to pass.

Being empathetic or sensitive is a gift to be managed. It identifies you as one who is designed to help the greater cause, but unfortunately, this same sensitivity creates such personal challenges, it is hard to build the will to go out in public let alone lead a civilization out of bondage!
