When we think of transitions we think of change. However, we forget about the process of the transition. During the process of the transition, we grieve. The grieving allows for space during the transitions to analyze what we are letting go of to move forward.
Cycles are a grand part of our spiritual evolution. We repeat cycles constantly and consistently through sleep and routines. Our cycle offers us opportunities of rejuvenation and evolution. With each cycle progression, we can choose to stay stagnant or evolve. If we choose to stay stagnate, we feel comfortable in the space we create to live in, but does it serve our higher purpose?
The conscious choice is being in complete awareness of the choices already made, predetermined. When we come to a place of decision our soul has made the choice leading to the next level of unlocking or remembering who we are. However, when we arrive at place of indecision our soul has made the choice guiding us to be awakened, but we fail to see the logic or understanding of the choice already made.
Finding gratitude is not as easy as going to the grocery store to find what is on your list or finding a coin on the street, but it can be. We find gratitude in moments, such as the moments when we go to the store to find exactly what was needed or the coin on the street. Gratitude is an expression of love for what we have in our life, both material and non-material. When we express love what is received, we become open to receiving more and giving from our heart.
The Bridge of Light is a place we come to when we are ready for a great transformation in our life. Whether we are consciously aware of a great change desired, universally or individually, the bridge is a rite of passage. When we walk this path of change and become aware of it, we are offered assistance to better understand what we are undergoing and needing to release to complete the transformation.

Currently my experience with polite behaviors has been the opposite than what have been exhibited. In the past week, I had noticed peoples manners toward me, but more so when I have my bike with me on public transportation. Those of you whom know me personally know I always try my best not to be in anyone way.
Today’s current economic struggles causes heighten stress levels, which lead to other illnesses, some resulting in death or suicide. It's quite understandable why and how people act when they loose their home, job and livelihood. They identify with the possession bringing meaning and definition to their life. We also can't rule out habitual addictions. These are the worst ones. They often go unnoticed by the one with the addiction, but see and known by close family members and friends.
When we are in the life flow, all actions, thoughts, and words feel natural. The sensation we feel while in the flow is one of ease and grace. All that is accomplished while in the flow gives us and others joy. The joy exchanged is one of heartfelt desires. When we stop and listen to our heart’s desires, we then become more open to receiving what we asked for, and we give in the same manner; it's a partnership shared and given equally.
Each individual experience is an incremental part of a lesson or challenge. These experiences add up to the total life lesson. Each individual of the collective life lesson is different, yet similar. As previously spoken, our true purpose is enjoyment, but we have to learn to experience our personal joy. As young children we learned to experience joy effortlessly. We were detached from the world and all that mattered was our joy.
