For the most part, experience is all that you can manifest. True manifesting, also known as the manifesting principle, begins with the desire that exists before physical wanting or yearning is born. It begins with the eternal self that sees through the eyes rather with the eyes. This permanent Self will continue to be present before, beyond, and after all of the "I's" that exist within you now.
This week I’m rerunning a story about an experience I had with my friend Melissa while in Maine a few years back. It’s one way I remind myself to choose kindness in the face of unexpected, challenging circumstances.
Yesterday across our country it was Martin Luther King, Jr. day. It is also the birthday of Benjamin Franklin (1706), American printer, journalist, inventor, philosopher, philanthropist, diplomat, and author. While our hearts and minds are appreciatively focused on the power of holding to our ideals I suggest we take a conscious few minutes today to merge with the energy (consciousness) of these men as we place a new President in office.
As the days open and close like pages being flipped in a novel we find ourselves as the characters of another's story. For indeed this week you may feel as though you are witnessing life in different ways and sensing things that have up-to-now been lost to your awareness. The main reason for this latest switch or opening is an upsurge of power from the latest full moon (last Friday).
There's a dream in you that is waiting to be born. You have a unique way of loving, of giving, of comforting others that the world around you desperately needs. There's a talent, a style, a promise that is etched into the deepest part of your soul, and is coming forth right now in a way you could never have imagined.
I love the paradoxical nature of the human being. I met with a woman yesterday who asked, as many of us do, "When am I going to find the path that I've been shown I'm suppose to be on? I'm tired of waiting for it. I get glimpses of it, but it never truly manifests itself." If I have had to come up with this answer once, I have had to come up with it a hundred times.
My dear friends, we love you so very much. We are excited about this year on planet earth. Although it is a year of great change, it is also a year in which humanity is truly striving to grow beyond the illusions which have held you in bondage for centuries. You are one human race dear ones - gifted with a beautiful planet upon which your souls learn and grow. There is no 'us' and no 'them' for all are one in God's love.
Do you believe that for every question there exists an answer somewhere? Sometimes, it is a wise choice to say, "Yes, I know the answer is out there, I just don't know where it is or how to find it yet." Realizing that there is a gap in your information is much more productive than being stalled because you don't have a solution anywhere. If you can't see it, do you conclude that it already exists?
To live intuitively is to live in freedom. When we know how to trust our intuition, we have much more control over the ego, over our own fear, and to live in abundance in a magical world of possibility.
