Dear Ones,
When you come to the understanding, the knowingness within, that you are one with God, you are the God Source, you have, in this Now Moment, transcended duality. It is this knowingness, this concept that will lift you up into the vibrations of the fifth dimension. The concept” I am a spark of God”, presents duality in the very thought form of this concept. Within this thought form are two separate or dual concepts, I and God. There can be no concept of Oneness in this statement. There may only be the concept of unity within the statement, the thought form of “I am God”.
We know that this is a very difficult concept for you to allow yourselves to bring forth, but it is in the true knowingness of the All That Is, the only thought form that creates unity and Oneness. It is your ego and duality, which continues to hold you in the thought form of separateness, the thought form of “even though I believe I am God, I am still separate from God”. You are not separate from God, and you have never been separate from God. This is the illusion of the third dimension, the illusion of duality and ego pain and suffering.
We have asked you to use mantras to bring yourself into your heart center, to help you remain within your heart center throughout the day. We now ask you to begin the use of the mantras “I am God”, “I Am”, “I Am That I Am”. By using these mantras, you bring into your reality, the concept of unity, complete unity and the knowingness that there is no separation. Begin the use of these Mantras, Dear Ones. The expansiveness and the upliftment you will begin to experience will transform your lives. Bring in Love, and you will have changed your reality forever.
When you go to sleep at night, please keep your focus on your heart center, on Love. During your sleep time you travel and experience that which is of greatest benefit for your growth, and if your thoughts are on pain and suffering, you will travel and experience in you dream world, the experiences needed for you to transcend your pain and suffering. You may instead choose to go to sleep with your mind within the highest vibration of Love, and you will experience during your dream time, soul growth which is beyond what you can imagine. This, Dear Ones, is another tool for you to help you experience your ascension with ease and grace. Write down your dreams. Set your intention to awaken during the night when you have completed a dream. Keep paper and pen, next to you, as you will need to write the dream down immediately. Write down your thoughts and dreams as you awaken in the morning. If you will be in the Now Moment and listen to the inner wisdom of your Self, you will be able to interpret these dreams, and you will be able to help yourself, each and every day, create for your highest good and the highest good of all creation.
As you begin to live and be the unity consciousness, as you release the duality and embrace “I am God”, you will have less conflict within your dream world, you will have more clarity in the understanding of your dreams, and you will begin to move into the Still Point of Creation, The All That Is. For it is the All That Is, that is God.
Dare to step into your mastery, Dear Ones. Dare to step into the greatness of the Divine Beings that you are, for you are indeed a Divine Being, as you are God. There can be no other, as God is the complete, the totality, the all providing, all pervading essence of Creation, and you are this essence. Dare to let go of your pain and suffering and release the duality of the third dimension. Dare to dream that all the beauty, bounty, harmony, peace, and above all love, are waiting for you to tap into, waiting for you to embrace these vibrations and bring them into your reality and make them yours. Dare to dream your grandest and greatest dreams you can possibly imagine, Dear Ones. Your most blessed heart’s desires are awaiting your creation, but you must create for you highest good and for the highest good of all. The greater your desire to fulfill your Divine Blueprint in the Love of all Creation, the greater success you will experience in your creations.
You must fill yourselves with the vibrations of Love, from the moment you awaken in the morning, to the moment you go to sleep at night. It is these vibrations of Love which will activate the Adamantine Particles of creation and bring your greatest desires to fruition. It is this vibration of Love, which solidifies your knowing, “I am God”. Stay the course, Dear Ones, the path becomes more narrow and straighter, with less deviations, and the rewards and gifts become greater as you heed the nudgings of your Divine Self and stay on the straight and narrow path. There are many paths back to the One. Choose your path, never waiver. We of the higher realms are here to assist you and we await your arrival in the love and the joy of the eternal Now Moment.

I Am One with "God-dess" for there is absolutely nothing that is not of Divinity that is within me or around me, whether it be of a duality or androgenous nature/form. Yet Source, in its divine wisdom and evolution, has given my spirit freedom and choice with multi-dimensional individualies/identities,to experience our mutual cosmic co-creations.This is directly analagous to having children to nuture, love and teach and to set them on a path in life of self discovery, when they blossom into adulthood.In spiritual maturity we return to God-dess thanking them for our many lives journeys to be with them again and to feel and share their eternal and unconditional love and joy.

A wonderful explanation to an extremely powerful statement.
I have to say this, not to be negative, but from my own personal understanding. So please don't bash, i am not trying to prove or disprove anything. I have not experienced much of this love or greatness as i have come to know who i truly am. Instead, i am filled with questions and feelings of not oneness but being alone. These are my feelings from gods point of view i believe. God does not see god as great most of the time. God does not feel this oneness deep down as god has been alone playing by itself for eons waiting for something else to come along and play with it. It is tired of being on the wheel, but does not want to get off this wheel at the same time. Its dream has become a nightmare, and it hopes that by bringing recognition to itself in the dream it might change that. There is so much more that bounces inside my head, but it would take a book to write it all.
Recent experiences that are difficult to explain with mere words lead me to believe I(and everyone) was God. I had this sense of Love...no pain,fear,embarrassment or anything negative entered my mind (there is no-way I can explain this experience). I felt enlightened and had this sense of knowing but not knowing anything at all. I went around prophesying everyone and making people really amazed. This eventually got out of hand and I was placed in a mental facility. It has taken me a year and I still can't explain what happened? I want to go back to that feeling however I am finding it difficult to do so. I do not have anyone I can talk to about this without people thinking I had some random breakdown. I have searched for people with similar experiences online but only can find people how had taken drugs that had this sort of experience. I am glad I found this "Unity Consciousness" is very close to what I had felt. Please reach out to me with how I can go back without going over the edge. I loved the feeling of not having any hatred and concentrating on love only.
When I read you comment I was completely shocked and relieved to meet someone who had in essence been what I had been through. I had the same experience of amazing enlightenment and worse depression and confusion following. I too was checked into a mental hospital, and never really got the help I needed. No one really understood what I was going through. It has been 2 years since then and I have never quite connected the way I was at the time. I now find happiness in knowing that there is more to life and that one day everyone will understand that. Thanks for sharing.
