Much of what has been surfacing recently is linked to the old mental programming and conditioning we adopted in childhood, which keeps us tied to childhood wounds and old emotions. As we allow for their release, we free ourselves from limitation and the expectations around who we should be and how we should live. Consequently, we no longer feel the need to subscribe to the old ways of living and being.
Many of you are feeling exhausted and run down with a sense of just being over it all. However, this exhaustion is created when you hang on to that which needs to be released. Your energy reserves are depleted when you keep yourself stuck in old ways, old thoughts, old emotions and old relationships that no longer hold any significance in the present. As you free yourself from the past you free up the energy you need to take action.
