A Visualisation to Work With the Mighty Archangel Metatron

Today we're working with Archangel Metatron the mighty Archangel in charge of the Stella Gateway chakra, the entire Ascension process for each individual and the planet. I often do this exercise when I'm walking the dogs and I find it really really wonderful and I find it much better if I open my 12 chakras first.
